JJ Abrams should work on this instead of another show set in a hospital or just focus on Lost which had a weak season two.

The spin-off would need new main characters but could have supporting characters from the main show like Marshall or Rachel. They'd also need to lay off the Rambaldi madness and find something else.

There's too many shows set in hospitales and not enough spy shows at the moment.

Tottally agreed, nor do we need another show about lawyers, but coming to think about it who from the original ALIAs cast do you think would make a good main character for a spin-off show.

I myself would tottally like a Sark spin-off show, where maybe he sort of turns good and is this line-walking secret agent, something like a rogue James Bond, that'd be nice, IMO

Well obviously a lot of people hoped (back in the day) that there might be an Irina spinoff. Of course there's no way in heshuba that that's ever gonna happen but it would still have been my first choice.
Barring that, I'd enjoy seeing a Sark spinoff, but Alias was riddiculed enough as it was as a James-Bond copy (even though it wasn't), and setting up Sark in England might just be pushing it too far.
To be honest, I think they killed all the characters worth getting a spinoff go figure.

I would love a spin off about Jack and Irina, the younger days. Filling Victor Garber and Lena Olin shoes would not be easy though

I must agree. Of all the villans, he was the most undefined (even though he had a bit of a storyline in season 3) plus my favorite villian.

There was talk of a Sloane/Sark/Peyton spin-off... Alias exec producer Jeff Pinker called it "the triumvirate of evil!" But it never came to fruition. Also, I remember hearing Kevin Weisman joking about a Jack/Marshall sitcom -- kind of an Odd Couple thing.

WHAT!!! a Jack/Marshall sitcom!!!!!!!!!???????? who out of those two was least funny or humorous, Jack wouldn't have smiled even if his life depended on it, as for Marshall well he was a little funny, but no enough to cope for Jack's seriousness to do a viable sitcom

Well, don't forget it was a joke. But I think it would have been hilarious. Marshall is hilarious... definitely the comic relief of the show. And Jack just stares at him.

I dont think there should be a spin-off, Jennifer Garner made the show and having an alias-esque show without her wouldn't be as good.   Sark would be fun, but i would rather have the show rest in peace (unless they were to make a movie..... then i would be totally psyched)  but otherwise just leave it be

I agree that JJ Abrams should focus on Lost... but it would be nice to make a spin-off of Alias. for example a spin-off on Marshall or on Dixon

A spin off with Sark, wouldn't need Jennifer Garne ,unless it was for some star appearances or so, it would essencially focus of that "spin-off" charcater hence the "spin-off".

Although I'm a fan of the show, I don't think any of the usual suspects mentioned (Sark, Peyton, Sloane, Rachel, etc.) are strong enough to be a lead in a spin-off, in that I've seen enough of them.  I don't think the dynamic from Season 1/early Season 2 can be recaptured, and I wasn't too engaged by the latter seasons.

    Rahcel would be cool.
But it could just end up being ALIAS: The Sequel
    and not change anything

I can't really envision any kind of sequel to Alias doing anything other than being a clone.

Having said that, I would LOVE to see 'Jack/Sloane, The Early Years,' as someone posted on the last page. To see those two in action in their prime and how all these arcs we're seeing thirty years later came into play would be fantastic.
