  • Family business.

Mm.. I think the best part of this episode was that the whole Sydney family was together on the mission and the way those three interacted. Sydney having trust to her mother but his father not letting her out of his site for a moment - and the way they did in train, almost missing jumping point and then the end..

But the other storylines.. I do not know.. they were all little diminished by the action in the end. I do liked the development on Sark side.. the way Sydney was afraid that he might know she is double agent.. and that Emily is still alive.. but we were quite sure on it before.

    Cualquiera!

I didn't think that this episode is all that great. Arvin receiving the finger of his "dead or maybe not so dead" wife was really the only good part of the episode. The family trio that is the Bristow family is getting a tad bit old. Sydneys trusts mom, Dad refuses to trust mom, Moms true mission through turning herself in is still unknown to everyone. It has been this way for quite a while now and sending them on this mission is more or less going to depend on what happens in the next episode then what happens in this one. I thought the gunfire scene at the end was too unreal for me to really get into it. Having threeof them take down 8-10 men while they were wide out in the open like that was a little too dumb for me I thought. Irvina taking off the necklace I thought the explosion would be instant, not take it off 3 seconds later it goes boom boom. Wills storyline has hit the point where I dont really know / care why Im watching it. We all ready figured everything he has figured out...out all ready so I need him to reach some sort of endpoint with that. Worst episode of the second season so far I though, not the best as our rankings say.
  • Family outing for the Bristows

How ironic it is for the 3 Bristows to work hand-in-hand with each other. The 3 would include Jack, Sydney and Irina... It was such a 'cute' moment when they stood next to each other and fought off the PRF... That was a great moment. Especially, when the music of U2's "Walk On" came on... It was a ball!

Oh my goodness. Can you feel the love tonight?

I really liked this episode full of action, and love (sigh).

Vaughn tells Sydney the story of his watch. It was given to him by his Father, it always worked perfectly, like a heart beat. Vaughn informs Sydney that the watch stop ticking the day he met her.

Will is fired by Vaughn, however still works for him free of charge.

Sydney, Jack, and Irina must get 6 nuclear war heads, however they trapped. How they get out of this one is just awesome. They were a family of terrorist killing spies.

    Awesome episode!!!

I can't wait for Vaughn and Sydney to kiss.
  • Excellent episode, what's not to like about it? Daddy, Mummy & Sydney Bristow all together on a mission.

Excellent episode, what's not to like about it? Daddy, Mummy & Sydney Bristow all together on a mission.

This episode was so funny. I loved the fighting between Jack & Irena. It was fun wathching the 3 of them interact.

It seems that Irena's won Sydney's trust, or at least *almost*. And Sydney finally called Irena Mom.

The scene between Jack & Irena in the train compartment was my favorite. The look on Jack's face when he turned around and found her undressed & half naked, priceless. He definately has feelings for her. I mean, come on Jack *where* did you expect her to change. He clearly wasn't going to let her out of his sight. And that smile of Irena's when he saw her, pure evil!

Sydney clearly had enough of her parents fighting in the train about who was going to jump first, so she jumped & forced them to follow.

So now Sark is now on the inside with SD-6 & Irena is co-operating with the CIA, is that a coincidence. I think that Sark definately knows that Syd & Jack are double agents, and maybe even Sloan does. Just a suspicion.

Speaking of Sloan, someone sent him Emily's finger as proof that she's alive. I'm sure after they take a closer look at it, they'll know if she was alive or not when it was cut off. (my CSI knowledge kicking in here)

  • One of the most memorable storylines on the show.

Come on, which one of us hasn't been dying to see Sydney, Jack and Irina go on a mission together? This is another great edition to the brilliant second season.

What is most amazing here is how the writers are able to so powerfully guide the viewer's perception of Irina as the season progresses. Our experience almost mirrors that of Sydney's.

With this episode, the writers know that we already love the character so they're ready to have some fun. This episode is hilarious and smart, giving a nice change of pace from the more intense previous couple of episode. This episode is very re-watchable and very easy to get into, definitely a series classic!
  • But a great filler at that!

So this episode was just about the Bristow family. It's certainly the most abnormal family I've ever seen, and the're real fun when the're all together.

Let's start with Irina and Sydney. Irina is defenitly trying to win Sydney's trust and she's doing a fine job at it!. Sydney isn't that suspicious anymore, and she even called Irina "mom". I still have to catch Irina at a bad thing though. I kinda feel like Sydney at the moment, but maybe I'm very easy to swing over. Love that Irina tries to get Vaughn and Sydney together, not sure why she does it though.

Then Jack and Sydney. I thought for sure that Sydney wouldn't forgive Jack for a long while after she found out that she was trained to be a spy, but as it seems she's already over it. She still doesn't really trust her father, but that's also because Jack is a weird guy. Loved his comment about the "judgement cannot be trusted" and then agreeing with Sydney.

And last: Jack and Irina. Jack doesn't trust Irina but he sure as hell feels something for her. The look on his face when he saw her half naked :O. She's really manipulating him too, with the kisses and stuff. She just clearly knows him. It was great when they were all shooting ( great shot was that, same goes for the shot when they all walked away ) and Sydney fell to the ground. It just occured to me that she IS the family. She's keeping contacts with both parents, and they both care for her. I was kinda shocked when Jack put the gun to Irina's head. It was logical for Jack, but I kinda felt like a Sydney/Irina moment was coming up. Sydney's ok though :)

What fun! It just seems like a filler wich makes it kinda strange that there's going to be a part 2. But when it's fun, it's fun!
