Sydney is running to a pay phone she gets there and tells them that Vaughn is stabbed and tells them where he is. Weiss goes to get Vaughn and Sydney goes to get the biological weapons. When Syd gets to Simon's room the case is empty. He comes in and gives her her money for the job and leaves.

Weiss finds Vaughn and takes him to the hospital, We go to Vaughn in his hospital room with Lauren sitting looking worried. Sydney comes in and explains what happens Lauren tells her Vaughn might never wake up again and it's her fault.

The Covenant used the chemical weapon to kill everyone in a prison except for a man names Bomani he was the top arms dealer in Africa. Sydney and Lauren go to see Sloane because he might have information. On the plane ride Sydney tells Lauren that she would never hurt Vaughn and Lauren says that when Syd first came back she was threatened by her and she is always worried she isn't being polite enough to her husbands ex. Sydney says she doesn't need to be pollite with her so Lauren's blunt she tells Sydney that if Sydney doesn't put in a request for transfer then Lauren will do it for her.

Sloane is taken hostage by Bomani and Sark they get into a car chase with Sydney and Lauren. During the chase Simon calls Sydney and says he has another job Lauren tells her to hang up the phone and Syd tells Simon she's gonna have to call him back. They get away.

Sloane gets out and comes to the CIA he tells them that he is now going to be a double agent for the CIA inside of the Covenant. Sydney says this is bull which I have to agree with. Sydney and Lauren go back home.
Vaughn wakes up and sees Sydney sitting next to him. Sydney tells him that almost losing him made her realize just how much she misses him and needs him. Vaughn says he misses her too. They kiss and then Sydney stabs him. Vaughn wakes up and Lauren OMG's and hugs him Vaughn looks very guilty.

Sydney and Marshall go undercover at a Casino in Japan. They cheat at cards in order to get into the back room. When they do the knock out the guards and hack onto the computer and get what they need just as Sark is coming in. They hide under the desk until he leaves.

Lauren, Weiss, Sydney, and Vaughn are all in the hospital laughing and joking. Weiss tells his April First story and then Weiss and Sydney leave on the way out Syd says she forgot her coat she goes back to get it and sees Lauren kissing Vaughn through the glass and has one of the saddest looks ever on her face as she starts crying. Looks like Sydney and Vaughn miss each other.
