Sydney wakes up imprisoned. Sloane has a conversation with Agent Russek about his belief that Sydney is the mole. Sloane wants to use Russek to get Sydney to crack. "Threat to colleagues is a fundamental interrogation technique." Sloane has Russek beaten up and thrown in the cell with Sydney. Russek tells Sydney that Sloane knows there were two transmissions going out of the bank vault in Geneva and he is going to kill Russek unless Sydney talks. "I don't know who you're working for but they think I'm a part of it and they are going to kill me." Sydney says she knows nothing and has nothing to say to Sloane.

Jack sees Sydney's desk cleared out and her computer gone, he finds out that she is believed to be the mole and is going to be tortured and killed.

Marshall finds evidence that the transmission did not come from Sydney but was from Russek to K-Directorate. He shows his findings to Sloane.

Sydney is spared. Sloane tells her that he never believed she was the mole. He puts his hands out to her and smiles.

Sydney and Vaughn talk. She tells him she knew that Russek was lying by his rapid blinking. She doesn't believe he was K-Directorate, She thinks someone planted the transmission, to get SD-6 off her case. Vaughn gives her a gift, an antique picture frame, for Christmas.

Sydney gets a page from work, while playing scrabble with Francie and Will. Will upsets her by saying that she works too hard, and it's not even a good job. Sydney snaps at him and leaves. Sydney, later, goes to Will's house to apologize for her comments and Will is not alone. Jenny is with him, wearing his shirt.

Will and a tech play around with the tape he was given and Will hears the words, "Did you tell him about SD-6?" In an effort to track down what SD-6 is, Will interviews two men, both of which adamantly do not want to speak about SD-6.

Sydney is sent to Kenya to find the new identity of Ineni Hassan. He has a new face to go along with his new identity and is currently living in Cuba.

Jack is being sent to Cuba to kill Hassan and while talking to Vaughn about his counter mission; Jack is tricked into confessing that he sent the transmission that made Russek look guilty. He tells Vaughn that he had to do it, to save his daughters life.

In Cuba, Jack is abducted by Hassan's men and held at gunpoint. He attempts to make a deal with Hassan. In exchange for Hassan's client list, Jack will help him fake his death so that he will no longer be pursued by SD-6.

Sydney travels to Cuba on her own and while trying to rescue her father, is also taken hostage. Hassan hands Jack a gun. He wants Jack to prove himself, by killing the SD-6 agent (he doesn't know Sydney is his daughter).

Two weeks of repeats and then all new Alias on 1/6/01.
