• Number 47: On the computer screen that ID Dixon as Buchanan shows the ID: 190247.

• McNeil has been in prison for 8 years; in all that time, shouldn't his former employers have changed the computer room passcode and the other passwords at least once?

• ### Season 1 Episode 13: The Box (2)

• GOOF: While interrogating Sloane, McKenas puts a Fire Needle into his neck. When he shoots Toni, the needle is still there, after he checks Toni's vitals the needle's gone. Then when Jack gets Sloane out of the chair, the needle is back in his neck.

• GOOF: While Vaughn is removing the bolts with the fire extinguisher, the top left bolt is gone, but in the next cut, it's back there again.

• Number 47: Dixon's Employee ID is 8736B. (8 * 7 = 56, - 3 = 53, - 6 = 47)

• Number 47: (inverted) The code to open the vault is 927465398107.

• Cole tortures Sloane by injecting a super-concentrated derivative of hot sauce. Capsaicin, the active chemical ingredient in spicy foods like hot sauce, has a paradoxical effect at sufficiently high doses: instead of causing pain, it relieves it. It's a common ingredient in topical pain relieving ointments.

• Sydney takes out one of the terrorists, and Cole can hear him getting beat-up over the walkie-talkie. If the terrorist is getting beat up, who is holding down the button to transmit?

• Dixon manages to enter a perfectly spelled and punctuated message in his PDA, with his hands tied and using the end of a plastic handcuff, while being watched by armed terrorists.

• ### Season 1 Episode 12: The Box (1)

• Cole tortures Sloane by injecting a super-concentrated derivative of hot sauce. • Goof:
In the corridor with all those red lasers you don't see a single hole or mirror in the walls where the light could come from or where it would be reflected.

• The failed mission that Cole was on was in 1996. Cole said that the KGB contacted the CIA through various channels to confirm whether or not he was a CIA operative, but the KGB was disbanded in 1991.

• ### Season 1 Episode 11: The Confession

• At the end of the episode, when Sydney and Vaughn are in the meeting, Jack introduces the director as "Delvin", when his name is in fact "Devlin."

• The exterior establishing shot of the port during the "Athens" segment is completely wrong. This port is clearly of a small Aegean island; not of a city with 4 million residents.

• The bodyguard mentions to the club owner that he has an "11 o'clock." There is no way any club in Greece would be open at 11pm let alone be so packed. They usually open at midnight and stay open until 6-7am.

• ### Season 1 Episode 10: Spirit

• Number 47: Sydney 'mistakes' Severin Driscoll for the man from suite 47.

• ### Season 1 Episode 9: Mea Culpa

• When Sydney is telling Vaughn what happened after she used the Satellite phone to contact CIA to ask for medical help for Dixon, she says that the helicopter took them to a hospital in Buenos Aires. But then thought about what would Sloane do when he found out about this betrayal to SD-6. And came out saying that she lied to Sloane telling him she drove Dixon all the way to the hospital.
