Marseille is incorrectly spelled "Marseilles" with an S in the end. Although English allows the use of an S in the end of this word, there is no romanization problem (it is written using latin/roman letters without accents) and Marseille is a proper name (town name) and has only one correct spelling in French. In this case, the episode editor should have used the unique French spelling for this town name.

Although this episode aired October 2005, it is set in 2006; as Renée told her father the present year is 2006.

In the scene when Renée's father is bleeding from the ears, Syd said his pulse was all over the place. There is no way she could have known this in such short time.

Is it really a surprise that the body in cryo-stasis is Renée Rienne's father? Father issues are a recurring motif in J.J. Abrams series, like Lost. In Alias, we have Sydney and Jack, Nadia and Sloane, Sark and his father, as well as Vaughn's search for his own father last season.

Look closely: When Dixon and Tom are going in to the tent that the bank has set up for them on the beach of the Cayman Islands, you can see the shadow of a boom mike appear in the top right corner of the tent before it is quickly pulled away.

The actor who plays Prosecutor Boyd Harkin, Stephen Spinella, also plays the scarred man - Mr Kishell - in previous Alias episodes Snowman and The Frame.

Number 47: The keycode for the vault is 97326347

For a man who had been honest throughout his entire hearing, Arvin Sloane did err greatly in one claim. He said (about Nadia):

"Since the moment I met her, I have dedicated my every moment, every action, to atoning for my sins."

This is not true. Doesn't he remember the trip to the Sphere of Life or the injections of Rambaldi liquid? Seems either it slipped his mind, or Arvin isn't quite as honest as we thought. Or, an error on the writer's part.

"Le corbeau", the alias of Renée Rienne is French for "The crow".

In the movie Executive Decision, the assault team boarded a 747 using a device similar to the one installed on the B-2 in this episode.

It is inconceivable that airbags would not have deployed when the car Sydney and Vaughn were in was hit. Given that the car looked relatively new, it would have been equipped with airbags, yet they did not appear at any point.
