Alice's full name is Alice Catherine MacLeod. Diane calls her this when they are fighting over the sign at the protest.
Officer Grady is arresting Diane and trying to get her into his police vehicle, he finally succeeds and slams the door. There is a blue line on the side of the vehicle, running the length of the side of the car. When he slams the door, a part of the blue line drops out of place, just to the right of the door handle.
Alice (to Bob): Linda's back!
Linda left town after beating Alice to a pulp in Fifteen Minutes, earlier this season.
Finn: Yup, that's the jock strap worn by Ross Rebagliati on his '98 gold medal run.
Customer: No it wasn't. Snowboarders don't wear jock straps.
Finn: And I suppose you're the expert? Your loss, pal.
The customer is Ross Rebagliati, who won the Olympic gold medal in the 1998 Men's Giant Slalom Snow-borading event in Nagano.
The song that the band plays at the memorial is "My Girl (Gone, Gone, Gone)" by Chilliwack (1981).
Customer #2, played by Susan Juby, the author of the Alice, I Think book series, tries to purchase a book, only to be told by Alice that they don't take credit cards; the book she's trying to purchase is Miss Smithers, one of the Alice, I Think books.
Karen: Hey MacLeod. Who was that guy I saw you with the other night?
Alice: Oh, he's just some guy that I've been seeing on and off from Prince George.
Alice: Yeah, he's not bad.
Karen, played by Tegan Moss, is sister to Jesse Moss, who played Aubrey, the boy she deemed a "hottie".
