Franny gets Justin tickets to a Sound of Music Sing Along. Raja has Franny take them to school, even though it embarrasses Justin and Claire. Trey, the big school bully makes fun of him and tells Justin that he's going to kill him. He's also famous for having weapons all the time.

Franny tries to get Gary a birthday gift. She accidentally bumps into another car. Because of Raja's moral standards, she leaves a note on the car explaining what happened. Just spends the day trying to avoid Trey. Unfortunately, Trey finds him. He takes out nunchucks and starts swinging them around. Someone tells Justin that his mom was involved in a car accident. He rushes to talk to her. She tells him that it was very minor. Franny tells Gary about the car and the note. He goes over there to get the note off of the car, but his van accidentally crashes into the car with the note on it. Since there are witnesses, he puts the note back on the car.

Justin talks to Raja about Trey. Raja considers that maybe Justin is making Trey mad, which is causing Trey's behavior. Raja suggests that maybe Justin should talk to Trey. Trey threatens Justin, so he lies about his mother. He tells her that she's in a coma after the car accident. Trey then leaves him alone because he feels bad. Raja tries to talk to Justin about his lying. Raja then lies when Trey threatens him too. At home, Franny gets a fax from the hybrid owner. They're suing them for more damage than Franny thinks she did, but she doesn't know about Gary's incident. At lunch, Dooley mentions that he thinks Justin's mom is hot. Then, Trey comes over to Justin and his friends at lunch. He got a card for Justin's mother. He even makes her an angel in metal shop. Franny then comes by and Justin rushes over to her. She is there to get the Sound of Music tickets. Dooley also comes over to see her. Justin tries to make her leave. Justin says he doesn't want to go to the sing along with her, so Dooley proposes to go with her.

Trey goes up to Raja and Justin. Justin says that he hung the angel up and that she seemed happier. Raja suggests that they tell him the truth. Franny tries to investigate what happened with the cars. She says the security guard has a tape of what happened. Trey offers to drive Justin and Raja home. Dooley comes by and tells Justin to say hi to his mom, so then Justin must say that they're going to the hospital. Justin tries to think of something to get out of lying. He tells Raja to find a mom and hang the angel over her. Trey says that he never thought they could be friends. Raja tells Justin what room he hung the thing in and then he leaves. They go to a lady lying in a hospital bed. Trey grabs her hand and tries to comfort her. Meanwhile, Franny is watching the surveillance video. Gary then confesses to being the one who hit the car. Gary says he pay for the damages by selling his memorabilia collection. Franny then confesses that she faked most of the memorabilia because they can't afford it. Both are mad at each other. The woman starts to move and doctors and nurses go in to take care of her. Then, the doctor reveals the woman's last name, so Trey realizes that Justin lied and beats him up. Franny comforts him in the hospital. Later, in the car, Franny and Justin sing along to music while Dooley sits in the back.
