Episode Recap

Justin talks about how Raja knows nothing about girls. Justin talks about Mindy, a very forcing and needy girl. Raja decides to sign Mindy's petition to end the anti-petition. Mindy is so excited because Raja is the first to sign, not counting all the fake names.

Justin, Raja, and Brad talk about Mindy, or as Justin calls her, "Mental Mindy." Raja talks about having some common things in Mindy. Two new neighbors come by. Gary and Franny seem to have a lot in common with Ted and Leslie. Franny plans a reservation for dinner plans. Ted tells them that he's a convicted sex offender. The real story is that he and Leslie had sex while he was in college and she was in high school. She was 17 and he was 19. Gary doesn't seem to mind, but that's not the case for Franny. In Italian class, partners had to be paired. Mindy couldn't get anybody, so Raja offers to be her partner. Raja accuses Justin of being jealous when Justin tries to talk him out of spending time with her. Mindy stops by and asks for Raja. She is so nervous and excited about it. Maybe a little too excited…

Justin explains "I told you so's." Raja says that Mindy is really irritating. Justin says that Mindy thinks they are in love. Claire and Justin both tell him that there is now a problem. Raja says that maybe if he says that he isn't into her, she'll back off. Mindy won't back off. Mindy declares in class that she loves Raja. Raja talks to her and he tells her that she is not the girl for him. When she asks why, he says that it's because he is Muslim and she is not. Mindy says she now respects him more. Franny is not excited for their dinner plans with their neighbors. She doesn't want to go, but Gary does. He asks her what she wants to do. She agrees to go. As Franny and Gary are walking to the table, another neighbor tells Ted off. Justin, Raja, Brad and Small Paul talk about Raja's break up with Mindy. Justin says that Raja played the "Muslim Card." Mindy shows up at school with Muslim attire. She is now the only Muslim girl near them. Raja is now afraid.

Raja is upset. Small Paul tells Raja that the Italian teacher wants to see him. She talks about Mindy's conversion. Mindy's parents want Raja to convince Mindy to not convert. Raja says that technically, Mindy is a Muslim. Franny bakes a cake for Ted and Leslie. Franny tells Raja that a Muslim girl is here to visit him. It's Mindy, of course. Justin goes to his room. Raja must now deal with her. Mindy apologizes for her parents. Raja decides to be a jerk to her. Raja tells her that he finds her intolerable and that he doesn't want to be with her. Ted sees Raja and he says that maybe he shouldn't have moved there because of Raja. Justin talks about life in an analogy of cards.
