  • Be careful what you wish for...

After having lived for quite some time with her family, whom she knows love her deep down but have a habit of driving her crazy, Margaret is finally ready to make a break with the status quo and get her own apartment.

The appearance of freedom may turn out to be only that. Margaret must room with Gloria and Ruthie. Ordinarily an upbeat person, Margaret is prepared to do what she can to get along-- then discovers that Gloria has given the word 'eccentric' a new context.

She has decided on a novel way to cut down on doing the laundry.

Around the house, she doesn't wear much in the way of clothes.

Can Margaret stand this interesting little trait, or will it send her right 'round the bend, and home to Mom?

A funny episode that shows that even if you think you're the oddest duck in the flock, there's somebody who can go you one better.
  • Margaret wants more privacy, so moves out with Ruthie and Gloria.

I found this episode entertaining. It was fun to watch the parody of real world. Especially with how different the real world series is now today.

I thought this was pretty typical. A few young people move in and are immersed with being irressponsible (altho is Ruthie supposed to be young? she strikes me as older than the other two, something I can't resolve in my mind. Is she the creepy old woman or just somsone who looks older?) and of course, Margaret realizes she can't afford it, and ends up moving into her basement to get more privacy. It was way too cheesey when Margaret is thinking and then gets hit on the head by the lightbulb. Other than that, enjoyable.
