Episode Summary

EDIT
When the gang looks for Halloween costumes in the Finster's basement, they find TP+KF carved on the wall. Does this mean that Tommy likes Kimi? If so, Chuckie doesn't like it. Dil goes trick-or-treating the day before in order to beat the rush. The argument between Tommy and Chuckie escalates to where they don't want to be best friends anymore. The gang tries to bring back together just as Chas' new security system to scare away anyone who might want to teepee his house.moreless

  • Tommy & Kimi? A match made in heaven!

I really liked it when Kimi first appeared, she was so cute and funny to have around and she was just like Tommy. Even Chuckie said when they first met Kimi and she led them out of that gooey ride "Oh great another Tommy", a statement that I have to agree with. When they were babies, both Tommy and Kimi were alot alike, they were both brave, adventurous, wonderers, flinchless, imaginative, always happy, playful, rarely ever scared, and usually the easiest to get along with. I had a feeling, from the moment Kimi sat next to Tommy during the Reptar play in the second movie that there would probably be something between them in the future. Now after seeing all the All Grown Up episodes especially this one, I'm sure I was right. If they ever make another movie only with them grown up, I hope they have it focus on Tommy & Kimi falling in love.moreless
  • the beginning of the hidden love for tommy and kimi

    7.1
with this episode you can tell this will be the beginning for kimi liking boys*especially tommy*and the same for tommy as well.even if chuckie doesnt like it he needs to get a gf then hell understand whats going on.anyways, if you count this episode as being one of the greatest AGU episodes then i gotta say...your so wrong.this may have been a great filler episode but it had nothing that AGU usually delivers such as dil's wierdness, phil and lil schemes, and angelica being the pricky white girl. though after seeing this episode you can expect there wont be anymore romance conflicts with tommy and kimi concedering NICK will keep fans wanting more of TP&KC but in thier world, its just another day for the lovable duo of Tommy Pickles And Kimi Finstermoreless

  • A big trick and a few treats.

While searching for material for Halloween costumes in the Finster garage, the kids happen upon the letters 'T.P. + K.F.' etched in the wall. Knowing of no one else with those initials, Chuckie is quick to assume that his best friend Tommy has eyes for Kimi.

One thing I've always respected about "All Grown Up" is its willingness to avoid peer pressure. In an era of cartoons that take a "Look at my kids!" ("Family Guy" viewers will get this) approach to shipping, AGU was actually willing to pair its regular characters with people who *weren't* regular characters. Shock and awe! (You want regular characters paired with regular characters? Read fanfiction like the sane folks do.) Well, now the good girl is smoking and drinking and for what? To be considered popular? Cool? All this makes her is just like those jerks that she, up to this point, was better than. (As it turns out, this was really a gateway to a much more interesting plotline about how Chuckie's suspicions drive a wedge between him and Tommy. Surely, there was a smarter way to get to this point.)

Though it casts a pall over the episode, there is much to enjoy here, as Chaz tries to keep his house from being tp'ed and Phil tries to look the part of a secret agent...in a ridiculous tweed jacket.

As funny as this episode can be (in spite of the 800-lb gorilla I mentioned), it's not quite a match for the "Rugrats" Halloween episode from 1991.moreless
  • The kids are looking for Halloween costumes in Finsters' basement when they find a heart etching with "TP + KF" written on it. Where did it come from, and more importantly, does it mean that Tommy has feelings for Kimi?moreless

When did this episode air? Yeah.. this is more of a question and stuff but yeah....

But from the summary the episode sounds very exciting. Dang this review thing to have to be 100 words minimum. But yeah. Kimi and Tommy? Sounds like a real couple there. Hmmmmmmm... I've always thought what it would be like for them to get together and stuff since Rugrats when they were babies.

Hmmm.. I'm still stalling here. But when did this episode air? Cause I don't think it aired where I live. Still stalling. stalling...stalling... Bring back rugrats on nickelodeon!! Still stalling... Wish rugrats would come back. I wish all grown up shows now.moreless
