Although Jean Stapleton plays the role of Judith in this episode, she is credited under the pseudonym Giovanna Pucci in the closing credits. This was a play on her married named, Jean Putch.
This episode is a continuation of the plot from the Season 8 episode, "Love Comes to the Butcher." And just like that episode, the butcher's first name is credited wrongly in the closing credits, but this time as "Albrechl."
Judith: (leaving Klemmer in a jealous rage) You no longer have a Liebchen! Archie: (wryly) Oh, well, if he don't have a Liebchen he's not gonna make much of a husband.
Archie: (finding out that Klemmer, the butcher, is coming over for dinner) It's my night off, and I gotta spend it with Klemmer, the horny hun.
Edith: (as Klemmer and his fiancee begin singing to one another in German) Ain't that sweet? Archie: It's just like the Germans, Edith. They can't even wind up a love scene without singing a battle hymn.
Archie: (about Klemmer and his fiancee) In their garden of Eden, Edith, you're the crab grass.
Archie: (when the butcher is standing in front of me) Klemmer, move! Your rump roast is in my face.
Archie : I like company, I just don't want it to come over and visit!
Archie: Hell hath no fury like a woman's corns.
Judith: You don't love me, you love her: the maid of the fatso.
Jean Stapleton, who plays Edith, also played Judith in this episode. Many viewers were surprised to see Jean play both roles in one shot in the kitchen with the technology back then and the budget.
