Archie and Mike try to solve a riddle: A man and his son were driving. They got in an accident, and the man died. The son was severely injured and rushed to the hospital. The surgeon took a look at the kid, and said "I can't operate on him. He's my son."

Good episode. The answer to the riddle is that the surgeon was a woman, which at the time of this episode was pretty rare, and/or unheard of. I loved this episode. Archie was really sexist in this episode but it was all played for laughs. I really wonder how Edith found out the answer. Just goes to show how differently men and women think. Classic episode, A+ is my final grademoreless

    • Factual Error: Gloria says that the Orthodox Jewish man says "Blessed...that I was not created a woman" in order to show his dominance over women. This is completely incorrect. The reason for the man saying that is because men have more "mitzvot" (positive commandments) than women do, and the men thank God for the opportunity to perform more mitzvot. Judaism has always stressed the importance of women throughout the Torah.
