Usually the Wednesday episodes of All My Children are pretty good, but let us just chalk this one up as the exception. We saw Madison grieving for her child at the funeral, which is understandable, but still not entertaining television. I have to question some of the writing at ABC Daytime nowadays too. That is three young individuals that have died in a matter of months between All My Children and General Hospital. I'm not jumping on the "this is offensive" bandwagon, but there has to be better ways to create drama than this.
The David and "Erica" scenes were probably the highlight of the episode, but even those were not too enthralling. The show was just not its usual self today and I guess we can only enjoy the idea that the impostor Erica is close to being identified.
