There is still no batteries for the wireless radio underneath the bed of Rens mother in law, so Michelles newest hairbrained scheme is to have Ren and Yvette powering the radio with the generator from a bicycle until the stolen batteries from a German midget submarine are delivered.

Soon, however, Helga comes in, dressed as a Gestapo officer and explains that Herr Flick has disguised himself as a secretary sitting outside the Colonels office to hear what the Colonel is up to. The Lieutenant discovers this and the General puts Herr Flick in his dungeon.

The Lieutenant is finished copying the paintings (The Fallen Madonna... and the Van Gogh), and delivers them as sausages. Sausages also comes from Captain Bertorelli (real ones), Monsieur LeClerc (submarine batteries), and Officer Crabtree (explosives), and soon theyre all mixed up in the German officers pants.moreless

There's plenty here that's great. Helga does one of leclercs 'It is I' lines and so indeed had von smallhausen. Indeed even though von smallhausen was in a nurses uniform after so long of being made fun of by flick it was von smallhausens turn to laugh as he was not the one dressed as a female secretary and tied up. Also here in one of michelle of the resistance's greatest moments asking 'are we alone?' in a cafe filled with customers and staff, and the british airmen interupting private time between edith and alphonse, just as they usually do with rene and yvette. And of course everyone hiding everything inside sausages (what are the odds) leaving a mix of paintings (real and fake), dynamite, batteries and actual sausages with no way to tell them apart quickly.moreless
