Indeed even though von smallhausen was in a nurses uniform after so long of being made fun of by flick it was von smallhausens turn to laugh as he was not the one dressed as a female secretary and tied up. Also here in one of michelle of the resistance's greatest moments asking 'are we alone?' in a cafe filled with customers and staff, and the british airmen interupting private time between edith and alphonse, just as they usually do with rene and yvette. And of course everyone hiding everything inside sausages (what are the odds) leaving a mix of paintings (real and fake), dynamite, batteries and actual sausages with no way to tell them apart quickly.
