  • Ally takes a strange turn

    9.0
The case of murder in this episode was stupid and farfetched. The twists at the end of this episode were bizarre, even for this show, which was far from normality to begin with. But my interest is kept alive by the sly subplots. Ling perceives Sandy is up to something underhanded, Billy goes nuts and finds out he has a brain tumor. In short, although the premise of the show is extremely unreal, (conflicts of interest abound in almost every case, Ally the lawyer lives with her opposing counsel, sexual harassment rages everywhere), the writers keep the storylines interesting. The supporting characters are all colorful and well developed, and the cast are great actors, and they all dance and even sing. It was a very original show.moreless
  • Ally is Simply Annoying

    5.0
While I stick with show for now, it gets tougher since Ally herself is so annoying. Her self centered persona drags the show down. Frankly there's very little about her that's endearing. Good thing the biscuit is there to keep me watching.
