The judge mentions that Ally can dress however she likes in his court. This is a reference to the previous episode, when Ally gets in trouble for wearing skirts another judge deems too short.
Elaine: You can have any man you want, Ally. Please don't take mine.
Ally: So you physically accosted her? Hannah Price: Well, I think I just lost myself...I mean, for me to even be able to lift her shows I had to be on some kind of adrenaline rush - she's at least 25 pounds heavier than me! Attorney: Objection! My client would like that stricken from the record.
Ally: So knowing Hannah Puck was falling in love with him, you begin to date Mr. Burlington. Witness: Okay, in my mind- Ally: I don't need you to explain, I'm just looking for a yes or no. Witness: Yes.
Elaine: So you're unprepared, it's not like people will notice. Ally: Excuse me? Elaine: I meant that in a good way - you're so great off the cuff!
Nelle: I just came by to, uh, do you know the frog is sitting on your head? John: Yes, it is a place of comfort to him.
