(after apologizing to Dolly about the contest, Alvin, Simon, and Theodore are set to go home, but Alvin is very sad)
David: I'm very proud of you for telling the truth, Alvin. Are ya sure ya wanna go home?
Alvin: (sadly) Yeah.
(suddenly, Dolly's limosuine pulls up)
Dolly and Freddie: Hop in, boys!
(the Chipmunks and David hop into the limo, and Alvin sits on Dolly's lap)
Alvin: Where are we going?
Dolly: To the concert! Where else?!
Freddie: We all gonna perform together! You boys may not be from the country. But you're sure country at heart!
Freddie: But I tell ya, Dolly, they cheated me outta my spot!
Dolly: Why don't you just talk to the Chipmunks?
(the phone rings, and she picks up)
Dolly: Hi, Alvin.
Alvin: Dolly, we're not going to play at the concert tonight. Ya see, we're not exactly sure we're from Nashville. So we think Freddie should perform with you tonight. Sorry for all the trouble we caused.
(Dolly frowns and hangs up)
Dolly: Freddie, I've got somethin' to discuss with you.
Freddie: Dolly, I'll be roped and tied if those Chipmunks are really from Nashville! I should be playin' with you tonight.
Dolly: Now, Freddie, the Chipmunks won that drawin' fair and square. And you're the alternate.
Freddie: But, Dolly!
Dolly: Quit bein' such a poor sport. Now, if you'll excuse me, I gotta get ready for my concert. (to herself) I guess there's no time for that bubble bath after all.
Dolly: And now, I'd like to present Fiddlin' Freddie and the Chipmunks! (applause) Alvin. (she kisses Alvin) Simon. (she kisses Simon) Theodore. (she kisses Theodore, and Alvin walks back up to Dolly) And Alvin?
