EDIT

TV Rating: PG13 / L

Senior and his crew at OCC get an order for three choppers from one client who wants bikes made based upon some great muscle cars of the past (Trans Am and GTO). Over at PJD, they're working on two bikes for CrankyApe. Mikey is to work on the first one with PJD by buying it from the CrankyApe auction site, have PJD customize it, and then put it up as part of an online charity auction. The second bike for CrankyApe is a theme bike for their 10th anniversary.

On the lawsuit front the appeals court over turned the original court's decision saying (A) Junior had to sell his 20% stake in OCC to Senior and (B) Senior's offer was fair. The new ruling says Junior doesn't have to sell to Senior and if he does Junior can decide for himself what is a fair price. Senior decides to make an offer to Junior closer to what Junior has been requesting, so OCC can get past this point in its history. Additionally, Senior hopes settling might help him reconcile with Mikey (as he did earlier in the year with his middle Son, Danny).

On the family front, Senior visits Mike's stuido by himself -- without his camera crew -- unannounced. Mikey happens to not be in, so his secretary takes the Senior's information and promises to let Mikey know his Dad dropped by the gallery and would like to buy a painting. Mikey and Senior talk via text and it looks like they might meet, but then Mikey starts questioning what's up. After all Senior went without a camera crew and make an honest offer to settle the lawsuits (all of them), which might mean he's serious, but . . . things have been peaceful without Senior for Junior and Mikey.
