  • After a few not so good episodes, American Dad proves that Roger does not need to be in an episode to be funny.

Steve plots his revenge against all the popular girls at school who tease losers, including his ex-girlfriend Debbie

Overall, this episode was fantastic, and the way Steve revenges all the girls were original and funny, overall this episode of American Dad will receive a ten out of ten

What I liked: Snot's "I'm popular!", the way Steve got revenge on the girls, Stan's line about Steve acknowledging them, 'even this one time', amongst other things.

I thought the first half had some good laughs, however the second half bored me and lowers my grade a little. The second half, with everyone in the school trying to beat up Steve and his friends, was inspired, I just did not like the execution. Luckily, the first half of the episode was good enough for me to give the episode as a whole somewhere in the "B" range as my final grade.
  • At last, an epiosode that didn't need Stan or Roger for a change.

This was a great episode last night. I laughed at everything. The jokes, timing and pacing were perfect. At last, an episode that didn't need Stan or Roger for a change. Stan said 2 lines but that was okay. We don't need those 2 every week. I'm glad that Steve got a chance to grow and I'm glad that Debbie was back with him. I loved it when he got revenge on the mean girls and how he did it. He really cared for her. I also loved it when he made up with his friends for the trouble they caused him. The ending had rolling on the floor. This was better than Family Guys' episode. It stayed right on target and I hope that it continues.
  • Great episode.

I thought this was a very very funny episode. Not often do we get a story that based ENTIRELY on Steve and I think it works. It would have worked a little better if more of the Family were featured as a main in a side story, but they made it work. I enjoyed getting more of an insite of Steve's school life, poor nerd. Although I also love an episode that features Steve's friends: Snot, Barry and Toshi. It was good to see more of the relationship between Steve and Debbie, when teamed up they make a funny image.

this was a great episode of american dad the plot was great the jokes were also funny this episode was a steve episode there was only one scene with the rest of the family and then there was a second scene with just francine when she was waiting for steve in her suv at pearl baily. it was a great steve episode and the title says it all steve and his friends got into a fight but they need to work together to escape pearl baily high school. . . . . . . . . . . . .
  • Again season 4 gives us a great episode.

This was a great episode and was very funny. I thought it was soooo funny when two jocks say how there going to beat up Barry and he says I'm popular that was a fantastic line by Barry. Also it was funny when steve came and the whole family only had one line. Also it was very funny when That girl got a new car and the brake wasn't working and it turned out she was hitting the wrong pedal I thought Steve broke her brake. Also it was very funny how he got back at the popular girls and it was extremely funny when after they jumped out of the bus and Steve said we might take some of them with us but you hear Steve and his friends get beat up off screen and Steve were not taking any of them with us. A great episode but not as good as The Man With Two Brians the family guy episode that aired on the same night as this.

I really enjoyed this episode. I haven't seen American Dad! in a long time. I liked that this episode was Steve-centric. I don't know why though. It was entertaining! I liked the whole KILL BILL revenge set up with the list. I also liked the ways he got revenge. Haha, Buffalo laxatives! I loved that! Then I felt bad for Janet when she was crying in the street. But it was still cool. And I loved when her father, the principal, said that he was ashamed of her. Then Lisa, I believe, got Herpes. I didn't understand what Steve was trying to do until halfway in. Haha, good episode!

I just saw this episode online; it was great I really liked this one purely because I indefinite with Steve Smith and his gang a lot. I was one of those 4 at my school and I liked how something acknowledged exactly how the different social groups thing is, so true. It was also election based (and I'm a politics/election junkie) so the opinion/exit poll done a small school scale thing I lapped that gag up. The few seconds the rest of the cast appeared on screen with the remark 'so he acknowledged us?' cracked me up as well. This was the best episode I've seen in a while.
  • Seth MacFarlane loves making lame movie rip-off episodes, but this one's actually funny!

What happens when you mix refrences from The Warriors, Lord of the Rings, and vigilante movies with a funny, original story starring the most interesting character in a show? You get a classic. The dialogue was very well written, with the nerd who has a girlfriend not talking to his old nerd friends and all. And The Warriors refrences? They were really really funny. Whach it on hulu.com or anywhere you can if you missed it, it was the funniest of all 4 animation shows on Fox on the Sunday, including The Simpsons, Family Guy, and King of the Hill (which didn't have a new episode.)
  • Hurtful to watch!

Very Hurtful Episode, the good part is Steve got back together with Debbie but Lisa Sliver and her Friends Hate Steve Alot. When steve got back at them, Krama happened and in the end all of the popular studets appovied by the Princial beat up Steve Badly.

It was the worse story plotline ever. I wonder if steve going to get kick out of Pearl Baliey because he doesn't meets the jocks standards but it was a waste of time to watch. I watch it on GlobalTV at 10:30pm AST and it wasn't worth staying up for. Give Steve a break, he wants to fit in.
  • It was a bold move to have a chapter sans Stan and Roger with a taste of revenge... and urban tribes.

    "Superb"
To my taste this episode was very funny, and brought a couple of homages to "kill bill" and "the warriors" (and yes, even a reference to "lord of the rings")

When Steve and Deb get fed up by the popular girl running for class president yet again, they rally the geek forces to raise against the oppression, but when Deb's honor is tainted by a web attack, Steve man up (yep, even I am impressed), a seeks revenge against the popular girls, not knowing that sometimes things ain't exactly what they seem... Later on Steve's gang are forced to run through the jungle of high school being hunted by several urban tribes in hope for a escape...of a beating...

It was nice for me to see a chapter without relying on Stan or Roger, although I know hey are the main guns of the show, the show needs to see a different direction every now and then, and let the other characters grow... After all, how often we see a geek have a girlfriend a stand his ground on this show???
  • Really bad episode.

It's opposite day here at FOX as Family Guy actually gave us a better episode than American Dad, a rarity in 2008. I just found this episode insufferable and watching it felt more like a chore than something enjoyable.

There were a few funny lines here such as Deb having to describe four qualities (nerd, scrawny, glasses and finally Steve) to pick the one she was referring to. But the majority of this episode just was not very funny. The dig at the rest of the cast only being in one scene was funny and noticable as some jokes from Roger and Stan could have done this episode a favor.
