Sort of, but more in the sense of a non-canon episode situation. I just thought that idea would be interesting because of the hilarious suspense it could cause. Hell, for an extra kick, the guy they all thought to have been murdered could still be alive and maybe it was all just a test.

How about an episode of American Dad that's like House? Steve gets really sick, and Stan, Francine, Hayley, and Klaus allhave to go to New Jersey's Princeton Plansboro hospital. And all the cast members from House i.e. Hugh Laurie and Jesse Spencer can guest star. And Roger disguises himself as a hospital intern and drives House crazy!

Its not an idea, its a scene.

Roger walks into a busy gym, with a gym bag,and sits on a the weight bench, giving the perception he is about to work out. He reaches into the bag and pulls out a needle and belt. He then tightens the belt round his arm and injects himself and then grits his teeth and deeply says under his breath."Yeaaaah" then stretches his arms out and pauses like he is about to lift the weights and then he reaches into his gym bag crosses his legs and reads a book titled 'Working out for the mind, after immediately injecting yourself with recycled heroin' author Dr penguin.

Stantastic Four! When the Smith family somehow gets super powers, Stan thinks that they should become a family of super heroes! But when they cause more harm then help, the become a family of super villains! Stan-Super Strength, Francine-Flexibility, Hayley-Invisibility and Force Field, Steve-Super Speed, (it's like The Incredibles) Mr. & Mrs. Smith Francine ends up working for the enemie to get Stan to notice her more often.
I love it. This one is better than the Family Guy one.

    1. Stan and Haley run against each other for mayor of Langley Falls, but they must cooperate with each other when a third candidate runs against them both who happens to be a relentless alien.

    2. King Roger. Roger is called back to his home planet to become its new emperor, and he has to take the Smiths with him. When they get there, however, it turns out to be a ruse since his people really want to put him on trial for his life for crimes against the galaxy, and they wanted the Smiths as witnesses.

    Behind Blue Eyes (Part 2):

Stan and Roger are still in jail for keeping an alien in the Smith residence household. Meanwhile, Steve and Francine return home after the video game convention. They find that Stan and Roger are in jail. Steve asks Hayley what happened. She told him that she had no choice after living in misery for a whole year without living with Jeff. Francine becomes devastated to hear the news. Later, Steve confront his sister that all she cared about was nobody but herself, not even Jeff. In fact, he told Jeff that she cheated on hin while he was abducted. Jeff becones furious with his wife and the two have a meltdown. Jeff becomes outraged that he had to work his butt off to returb home and that he finds Hayley thinking about herself more than him. He was so upset that he ends up divorcing Hayley. After the divorce, Hayley announced that she has no brother, thus no longer speaking to Steve again. Back in jail, Stan and Roger find a wishing well. Stan makes the biggest wish, which was that Jeff was never abducted, thus resuming to the episode "Naked to the Limit, One More Time" at the scene where Jeff realizes that Roger was an alien. Instead of threatening to shoot Jeff, Stan begged heavily that he doesn't tell anybody. He agrees but only if he stays attached to Hayley forever, in which Stan agreed. Therefore, the events after "Naked to the Limit, One More Time" never happened, Jeff and Hayley are still happy, and the Smiths are one big happy family.

How about some episodes where Stan and Roger to go some historical time period? They can use the CIA Time Machine. There can be an episode where Stan and Roger go back in time to Ancient Egypt and they have to find King Tut's gold. There can be an Egyptian Princess who's a carbon copy of Francine. Stan and Roger can also go to 1600 Fuedal Japan and have a Shogun style adventure. They both get captured and Stan is defiant to his Japanese captors and Roger is more loyal. There can even be a part where Stan says, "I piss on your Japan". Or maybe medeveal times, the 1700s America, the Wild West, etc. And finally, Stan and Roger could go back in time to the 1920s China and get caught up in the Boxer Revolution a'la The San Pebbles. Stan can be a ship captain and Roger can be a Coolie.

Since Brian and Stewie go to different time periods, why can't Stan and Roger? A Time Machine spoof would be cool for AD to do. Klaus gets fed up with being pushed around so he uses the CIA Time Machine to go to the year 802701. Stan and Roger track him down and they meet the Elois and the Morlocks. Klaus becomes King Of the Morlocks. Stan and Roger could also meet Weena who acts and looks like Francine.

I agree. I'll take Roger and Stan going thru time over Brian and Stewie. Even Steve and Roger going thru time. It'll be cool.

    Valentine's Day in Langley Falls

Each member of the Smith has a storyline with a pair or individual. Stan tries to find the perfect romantic dinner to take Francine to. Unfortunately, the places he wants to go are either packed, out of business, or contain annoying little kids. Fed up, he takes her around the country to find the perfect restaurant. Francine convinces him that it's not the restaurant that makes their Valentine's Day special, but rather spending time together. Stan admits defeat and the two dined at Pizza Overlord. Roger and Klaus go around the country to find all the free Valentine's Day candy there is. Once they do so, Roger's car gets packed and they have no choice but to eat their way out and as a result, they both get fat. Steve makes a bet with his friends to see who can score as many Valentine's dates in 6 hours. Whoever fails has to wear a diaper outside his pants for a week. He finds one girl who instantly falls in love with, but he wants to keep dating her, yet she finds out that she was being used for the bet. They break up, but Steve convinces her that he gave up on the bet and wanted to be with her all the time. She takes him back and reconcile. Fortunately, Steve confessed that he found one girl, but Barry, Toshi, and Snot found NO dates and so they had to wear diapers for a week. Hayley is upset to not spent Valentine's Day without Jeff (no thanks to Roger, due to his abduction) and so she threatened to commit suicide unless something happens. Out of nowhere, Brian from Family Guy shows up and stops her at the nick of time. He confronts her, saying that killing herself won't bring someone back. He admitted that he does not have a Valentine's date too. Thus, the two had a one day date; they went to the park, ate ice cream, watched a movie, and ate dinner at a restaurant. At the end, Hayley thanked Brian for a wonderful date. Brian told her that Jeff will come back and that he promised that. Hayley told him it's good to see you back (referring to when he got killed off in Family Guy). Brian kisses her hand and he returns to Quahog.

Not the best, but hey it's a start. I was gonna put Reginald, but I wanted to think outside the box.

    Support Your Local Stan Smith:

Stan bets he can be the sheriff of a small town still stuck in the Old West where him and his family vacations. Principal Lewis is there working at a store. The inhabinants there are wimps who never fought, and they're being terrorized by a gang called The Jonas Boys. They make Stan the sheriff and want him to build a jail. Stan and Roger encourage the townsfolk to fight back. They don't know how.So, Stan, Roger, Hayley, Francine, Steve, and Klaus all give them weapons. Hayley is against this ideaof the townsfolk using weapons. Once the Jonas Boys arrive, they lose at first. Principal Lewis gets kidnapped by them. Once the Jonas Boys return to finish what they started, Stan and Roger get a huge cannon telland everyone else to use their weapons at the Jonas Boys, and they are defeated and the town is saved! Steve frees Prinicpal Lewis. Based on the James Garner Support Your Local Sheriff movies.

    Langley Falls County Hospital:

Stan is in the hosptial for a broken leg. He is enjoying his time at the hospital to be away from everybody. Francine was feeling insecure without Stan, so she, Hayley, and Steve all move in with Ma Ma and Ba Ba for a while. Stan's blissfulltime in the hospital comes crashing to a screeching halt once Roger and Klaus show up to visit him. Roger even fights with Stan's doctor who's a Frenchman. Meanwhile, Steve, Barry, Toshi, and Snot all go on a treasure hunt. Once they find a hole that's supposedly full of treasure, they dig it only to be stopped by Hayley. Then Hayley tells them they ruined her memorial to Jeff that she made.

Cool. Let me know what you all think!
