American Dad!: Is Roger Always gets Away with it?

Is anyone else sick of seeing Roger getting away with murdering people? From people who wrong him to just other people he encounter (a good example, those rowdies from his limo job and then at the end, he killed a stewardess because he still have a bloodlust)?

He gets beat up for juvenile pranks that go a tad too far.... usually... but he gets off the hook for murder everytime he does it? How can Stan let him do that for him ALL THE TIME?

And last night's episode kinda prove my point. He sets up Steve as the fall guy... and the episode ends with him getting away with it while Steve is buffed up, intending to kill him? Is it a 2 part, or will things really go back to the way they were by next week?

It's kinda like seeing Family Guy, having Peter's careless actions cause harm to random people as well as to his family, all the while NEVER really apologizing for it, learning a lesson from it, or at least get a punish for it. Heck, it took a puma attack to aleast apologize to his wife!

I guess because Seth voices him Roger gets way with everything.

Especially nowadays I remember when Roger used to get what's coming to him but now very rarely.

I would love to see a sequel with Steve coming back from prison and beating the crap out of Roger and frame him for a crime.

This is why I disliked "Ricky Spanish" so much. Steve adores Roger to the moon despite his misdeeds, and yet Roger sends the kid to prison so he can get rich quick. If I were Stan and Francine, Roger would be out the door. But next week, I'll bet you anything everything goes back to normal and Roger gets no punishment at all. I think it would be cool to see Roger actually get caught in a crime and serve some time in prison over the course of several episodes. Hayley, Jeff, and Klaus could get episodes instead. The Smiths could visit Roger or he could have a small side plot in order to keep him on the show. In "Lost in Space," Stan and Hayley better take turns kicking his butt!

I hated that episode too. Roger in that one was so vile and unlikeable. Even if he was Ricky Spanish, his acts were horrendous. Steve didn't deserved what Roger did.

After seeing Francine get hit by a wrecking ball and Roger just shrugged, I hope Francine gets him. He also called her the B word several times but I'm glad she punched him. I laughed when he ran crying with a black eye.

I also Stan finds out and beats Roger to a pulp. Francine is Stans' wife and Roger hitted her with a wrecking ball. Roger should have known better.

The family always forgves Roger regardless of how horrible he is. I hate Roger character. He is funny, but horible. Stan at least has some growth and changes a litle, but Roger neer does and never will. Sometimes he gets his ass kicked and sometimes he doesn't.
