  • Stan has a back-up wife just in case Francine dies before him

    "Perfect"
When Stan gets kidnapped in Colombia, Francine fears he's gone for good. Stan finally reappears unharmed, but the real trouble erupts in the Smith household when he admits that he has a plan to marry his dentist if Francine dies before him. Meanwhile, Steve and Roger play detective duo "Wheels and the Legman. I thought that this was an excellent episode of "American Dad". It was very funny and I really loved the storyline. Although, the subplot with Steve and Roger playing a duo for "Wheels and the Legman" was tad more better and funnier than the main plot but I still thought the main plot was hilarious and I just really impressed with them. The humor is kinda hard to describe so I won't get into the humor too much but there were just so many parts that really made me laugh. I also thought the ending of the episode was funny as well. Overall, an excellent episode of "American Dad" with many hilarious moments and a well executed storyline and subplot. 10/10

Meanwhile, Steve and Roger play the detective duo "Wheels and the Legman." But he says no and tries to kill Stan, but then Stan and his partner fight and Francine and Stan's backup wife fight and just as Stan's partner is about to kill him. Then Stan's backup wife kills his partner then Stan and Francine beat up Stan's backup wife. Meanwhile, Hayley asks Steve and Roger (who are playing the detective duo Wheels and The Legman) to find her iPod, so they ask Barry and Klaus questions, but as it turns out Roger was using it the whole time.Overall,Hayley's plot was better.

What I liked: the return of Legs and the Wheel Man, Snot, Klaus and apparently Roger all using Haley's toothbrush, for different reasons, good cop/bad cop, the lame puns, Stan realizing he loves his wife too much for a replacement, amongst other things.

Good episode. One of my favorite things about the episode Haylias was Legs and the Wheel Man, and I thought it was a great plot in this episode. I knew right away Roger was the culprit, but it was still a funny plot. Stan's plot was kind of boring but it did have a nice resolution, so because of all of this my final grade is going to be an A+ or so, I think is fair.
  • Stan tells Francine that he has a back-up wife, and Francine is not too happy about that...

Well, this episode was really awesome! Very funny, and hilarious jokes! I loved the Guinness World Record part when Stan said to the woman that he would set the record for shooting a woman in the head with a gun the most times in a row! HaHaHa! Hilarious! I loved it! Another really funny part was when Jim is exercising by the pool! That was very funny! I could not stop laughing at this episode. Another great part was when Francine kept thinking that Stan died and it turned out to be something else. Very good! If you like American Dad, you will really love this episode!

Wow this episode is my favorite American Dad episode ever. This episode blends great action and hillarious humor includig my favorite part all time that was when the part when Roger Steve make their own theme music when they tell Haley about Their show was sooooooooooooo funny and had great action. It was very funny when Roger and Steve try to break Klaus and Steve finds a hair and says things are getting a little hairy and Klaus says you proud of that you proud of what you just said and when they compete for who gets to bad cop was great. Also the Stan and Francine storline was good and I liked when the talking kaola freaked out when Stan got kicked out of the plane and the battle at the end was great and after Jim (I think thats what his name was) was killed and Roger and Steve were complaining about how grusome Jim's death was made me laugh very funny.Overal an amazingly funny episode.
  • Return of Wheels and the Legman

This week we see American Dad! Take a slight downward turn in terms of laughs, but at least delivers a story worth tuning in for. Bringing back Steve and Roger's fictional detective duo "Wheels and the Legman", does well to keep some laughs coming however, and the main plot involving Stan's back-up wife is not without its funny sides also. Overall, it's not the greatest episode of the season, or the series, but it's still an example of how American Dad! Is able to separate itself from the very abstract Family Guy, and deliver a fine episode with a decent story-even if the subplot is plodding, it at least delivers the gags with appropriate timing.
  • stan escapes death not once or twice but 4 times this ep

i still don't understand how he survived the fall. first he's saved from capture from arms dealers. then he survives being pushed out of a plane. then he escaped a hot air balloon explosion. then he was almost killed but saved by his dentist. the speedo scen was really unneeded. Also funny how they brought back the koala. funny how stan picked his dentist as a back up wife in case francine dies before him. i don't know how francine met her back up husband though since she wouldn't be allowed to enter the cia building. roger steeve and haley's side plot was boring and until she said ipod i honestly didnt know what they were looking for either XD. i kept on asking if i might of misheard them and she was looking for a shovel unstead lmao. just not a great ep compared to the other ones recently
  • Francine finds out Stan has a "backup wife".

This felt more like Family Guy than American Dad, which is sometimes the case with the show, and without having those classic early episodes like 'Guy does, that could be the reason the show is not adored as that one is.

Don't get me wrong, I found myself laughing very hard tonight, but do not tell me that Wheels and Legman was not something Brian and Stewie would not do, or that Steve struggling to get back into his wheelchair was not the kind of humor so often utilized with Joe Swanson.

I like how the show deviated from the traditional comedy format which would find Francine crying until Stan made things right, instead opting to have Francine exact revenge by getting her own "work husband", who pushed Stan out of the plane, in a nice, action-packed twist.

The final fighting scene was again a little too Family Guy, but this was not a horrible episode.

Steve and Roger play Detective Duo "Wheels and the Legman." --- I liked this storyline. Hehe, I loved how they both competed to be the bad cop. I also LOVED how everybody used Haley's toothbrush for something disgusting like scraping algae.

I really liked the Stan storyline. That guy that was his partner was HOT! And yeah, I'm desperate if I'm attracted to drawings, but it's true. I liked the whole back-up spouse thing. I also liked the outcome of the episode. I didn't expect that twist with Stan's back-up holding Francine hostage. I liked the whole fight thing too. Awesome episode. :)
  • Lesson Learned: Never tell your wife that you plan to marry someone else when she dies.

Once again, Stan does something incredibly stupid that results in hilarious results. After returning froma mission, after being missing for five days, Francine tells Stan that she would never marry again. Stan then replies that he already plans to replace Francine with his dentist. Naturally, Francince is upset so she gets even and decides to get even with Stan and goes into the same kind of relationship with another CIA agent. Problem is, he doesn't want to wait around for Stan to die. I honestly don't think I will ever get tired of Stan doing something incredibly stupid. The writers already seem to find some clever way to keep these stroies from ever being boring. Among my favorite moments in the episode were the scene with Stan in the dentist office and the big fight scene at the end. The other story invloves the return of Wheels and the Legman, our favorite detectives who care more about developing their detective personas then actually solving the case. Hayley's iPod is missing and Wheels and the Legman must try to find it. Steve and Roger trying to figure out their personalities was fairly funny, as well as somethings that people like to do to Hayley's toothbrush. There were a few jokes that didn't work right though. Reginald the koala returns, but it seemed more like it was just to kill time in the episode. In addition, the whole thing with people coming to tell Francine things also seemed to drag a little bit.

Still it was a very funny episode, and another solid episode of American Dad.
