Its been a long while since I've came to this forum or even got to talk about American Dragon, Jake Long. A friend of mine hooked me onto this show as I've always been more a Kim Possible fan. There's very few shows on Disney Channel I took a liking too, but American Dragon, Jake Long was one of them especially when Mr. Steve Loter tookover thehelm of this show and made it even better. Jake and Rose were my favorite characters and there love and affection for each other was what kept me intrigued. The Huntsman was a great villain as well. This is one of those shows that deserved to continue on with new episodes but unfortunately like with Kim Possible Disney executives just didn't agree and refused to listen to the fan base of both shows. Disney's direction is Phineas and Ferb which they think is so hot, but there too afraid to putPhineas and Ferbup against Kim Possible (even in reruns) cause there afraid of the success Kim Possible would achieve again and same would be for American Dragon Jake Long if both shows were given new life, new episodes and a new chance at success.
In a perfect world there would be new episodes of Kim Possible and American Dragon, Jake Long back to back with each other and it would work. But unfortunately that's not going to happen until Disney executives stop hating Kim Possible and American Dragon Jake Long and realize that they made a mistake and they return both shows to the air likehow Futurama, Family Guy, Thundercats, and now Beavis and Butt-headgot a second chance at life...Kim Possible and AmericanDragon Jake Longdeserve that same second chance as well.
