Well, in this awesome episode, Jake keeps wrecking things like he always has and in this story, Jake finally makes things right by performing the "Hubba Hubba Hula" in front of international television. I loved how all the characters acted and all their parts well played extremely well. The dialogue was so cool and I loved the funny parts, especially when Jake did the "Hubba Hubba Hula" and when the gremlins went crazy. This episode is very memorable and I will always try to watch it on TV. One of my favorites. Very well written. Also hope to see storylines like this in Season 3 if there is one.

this was a ok episode not as good as most. jake was kinda stupid not to listen to his grandpa and as a result of that we got to see jake chaseing the gremlins for the whole episode. the end was good when he sung that bad song he was a horibale singer but it was ok.
  • A very funny episode with gremlins and karaoke, plus Mrs. Long's lead role in an episode...fun fun fun...

One of the few rewatchable episodes of the series, it doesn't rely on monstrous or evil villains but major nuisances in the form of gremlins that are giving everyone headaches...

We get some background on Mrs. Long and her job as a caterer and a lesson learned in loving your child no matter how much he screws up, knowing he meant well...

Soap opera tv stars makes things interesting as their perfect wedding goes wrong any way it can, and when the Am Drag breaks out the karaoke, that did it...can't go wrong with amateur singiing...

    Watch it! Holla!

I really liked watching the Mom be involved in this episode. We got to see more of what her personality is like. The Hubba Hubba Hula was funny, especially when Jake performed it. I thought it was a bit stupid that the gremlins got copied when jake sent it through the fax machine, but I guess it is ok since it is just a cartoon.
  • I found this episode quite good. "Exactly why I watch this series".

I liked the Gremlin. He could destroy and convert technology and what can stop him? Elvis Kamehameha music. That was pretty funny. I loved the Gremlins voice and the plot was very good. Jake would always mess up his mom's wedding plans and this time the Gremlin did it, grey Gremlins from a fax machine!

This episode was very funny and the plot was clever. I hope there are more episodes like this.
  • A humorous episode on how Jake has to sing the Hubba Hubba Hula on national TV to save NYC and Thad and Jasma's big wedding. Too funny...

This episode was too hilarious. I got to say that this is one of the best episode yet.

Jake Takes the Cake has to be one of the absolute best episode... I am already tempted on watching this over and over again.

This episode has an orignal plot and has many hilarious lines and quotes.

My most favorite part was when Jake had to sing the Hubba Hubba Hula in front of everyone in NYC just to put the gremlins to sleep.

I also like the scenary. It's really well put and has no need for fine-tuning. Disney needs to make more episodes like this. It was great and amusing...
