So I'm probably biased in favor of "American Dream Derby". It follows the standard format of reality shows: nasty rivalries, bitter disappointments, exultant victories.

If they can make two positive change for next season, it's to axe the lip synching music star segment - Lee Ann Rimes was plain embarressing.

The other would be to have the horses in the "guts matches" run 6f to 1 mile, a quarter of a mile isn't the best distance for a Thoroughbred.

Another suggestion would be to bring in some people who REALLY know handicapping, like the "odd couple" of Matt Carruthers (TVG host), and Mike Watchmaker (Daily Racing Form) who now spar in the "Blinkers Off" handicapping show Friday mornings on TVG.moreless
