  • Maybe this episode is building up to something, but nothing really important happened.

    "Great"
*Meg/Sam! This was maybe the only important thing that happened. I love Meg and Sam being friends and having their record trading club... It's so cool! And they are so cute together.

*JJ... I usually love JJ, but I really didn't like him in this episode... Beating up Billy Stanton and his car, it made me think Beth should never go back with him! But I'll change my mind.

*Roxanne and Patty! That was pretty funny, Roxanne writing her column, and her Ringo picture! And yeah! She got it!

*Professor Witt.... ACK! I hate Mr. Pryor but, ugh, I really don't like that guy.

*The whole Nathan thing, I really don't get... Like why did he stop at the bar? I like him a whole lot better in the next two seasons.moreless

    ADD TRIVIA
    • The Ford Mustang was introduced in April 1964 and the car in this show definitely was a Mustang. If the timeline was Feb/Mar 1964 then the car should not have been there.

    • Dick Clark introduced Little Anthony & The Imperials' "Shimmy shimmy Ko Ko Bop" as the # 4 or 5 song in his current music countdown. Only problem was the song was a major hit in Jan 1960. Now unless he was giving a countdown of the dancers' favorites, this was a very bogus use of Bandstand footage.

  • QUOTES (2)

    ADD QUOTES
    • Michael Brooks: Alyssa got kicked off the show because her skirt was too short, Jeff got caught sneaking into Lesley Gore's dressing room… Roxanne: But the grammar's good, right? Michael Brooks: It's all lies Roxanne. I don't know how you could even write this stuff. Roxanne: I was just trying to spice it up a little bit.

    • Meg: What if you were doing something other people think is wrong? Mrs. Pryor: Meg, all of my life, I've pretty much done what other people think is right. Maybe, maybe that doesn't always work out so well. What I mean is, I think we should be able to choose our own friends. Meg: But maybe some people really shouldn't be friends… Mrs. Pryor: I'd take that chance.
