Raye Hollitt, aka Zap, was in the 1989 movie Skin Deep playing Lonnie Jones with John Ritter.

Games introduced are the Joust, Assault, Powerball, Human Cannonball, Break Through and Conquer and the Eliminator. The women have an event called Swingshot which is not shown.

Brenda Hund & Craig Williams advance into the Quarterfinal rounds. John Shumski, as a wild card, also moves into the Quarters.
