      • Tug-O-War makes its debute this season. In Tug-O-War, the contenders & the Gladiators are atop a pivoting pedastal. The contender has 30 seconds to defeat the Gladiator by pulling the rope out of their hands or off the pedastal. If the contender at the end of the 30 seconds hasn't pulled the Gladiator off but has the flag on their side, they score 5 pts.

      • Kimberly Tyler has a 16 1/2 second head start over Renee Lockey & James Fanshier has a 9 second head start over Lanny Ross.

      • Kimberly Tyler & James Fanshier advance to the First Half Quarterfinal Rounds as does Renee Lockey & Lanny Ross.
