  • Another great season

    (Spoilers)

Yet again I feel like this is gonna be a great season.

Jessica Lange has dug up Kathy Bates from her grave and now we see more history about Madame AHS wouldn't be AHS without some steamy scenes.
  • It gets better

    9.0
    1st episode: i was a bit sceptical

2nd episode: i start to like it

    3rd episode: i cant wait

Hope they can still continue for many seasons.

    Keep up the good work!
  • A minotaur walks into a salon...

    9.0
Out of everyone in this episode, I related with Queenie the most: Not only have I, too, burned bad bitches who said I messed with their orders. I also grew up on the likes of Charmed and Sabrina the Teenage Cracker (HA!). Witchcraft, in some form or another, has always been apart of my TV schedule from Bewitched to the secret circle (ick!) I've always had a thing for a bit of hocus and a bit of pocus in my life. This is why I find AHS: Coven so incredibly addictive; it takes the lighthearted aspects of each of these series and drenches them in buckets of blood, mayhem, silliness and horror, and has the likes of Kathy Bates and Jessica Lange making you believe and feel every second of it.

Given that Charmed, et al, are considered TV cannon within this witchly verse, you would think that these lady-folk would use these guilty pleasures as some kind of foreshadowing, but NO: each and every one of 'em are adamant on breaking the rules and dipping their toes, souls (ya know, whatever's handy) into the darkside: resurrection, black-eyed, snake-filled-baby-making magic sex, visits to voodoo priestesses' (who have sass to burn and also minitors to boot!); it's a recipe for disaster!

All in all, this was another bat-shit, rip-roaring, stevie nix worshipping, alligator chomping, Frankenstein, possibly devil marrying, Voodoo vs Witch showdown. So, ya know, unlike ANYTHING ELSE ON TV AT THE PRESENT MOMENT.

  • Dreams Unwind, Loves a State Of Mind.

Where do I begin because its only the second episode, Misty Day is very much alive and is somehow drawn to Zoe after Madison and her did the resurrection spell to bring back Kyle from the dead with different body parts and then Madison leaves her there. Kyle at this stage is like Frankenstein, so Misty takes them back to where she lives and starts to look after Kyle, but Misty has this idea that Zoe is going to stay with her. The interaction between Fiona and Madame LaLaurie is brilliant as we now know what really happened all those years ago in the flashback scene between Madame LaLaurie and Marie Laveau and I don't blame Marie for what she did. Madame LaLaurie was a horrific woman doing what she did for all those years and not having any accountability for her crimes until Marie sentenced her to the ultimate sentence of all, Immortality. Then the interaction between Fiona and Marie at the hair salon was priceless, I cant repeat that language here, but suffice it to say Fiona only wants one thing and that is to stay young and she wants that wish from Marie. But even so I am pretty sure that Marie knows that Madame LaLaurie has been unearthed so to speak and even Fiona at the end talking to Madame LaLaurie (Oh I might kill you yet but not today). This Show Is Fantastic. Brilliantly Written. Thumbs Up.moreless
