Which live characters do you think are dead?

I think Violet is dead. I don't think she survived the suicide attempt.

A little weird that dad had a through and through gunshot wound and refused treatment. (what is a through and through)?

"Through and through" is a term used in forensics to describe a bullet that has passed through a body, leaving both entry and exit wounds. I would think more medical attention is needed. Ben should at least be moving v e r y s l o w l y. As for Vio being dead, that may be a twist ending to the season.

Yeah, that is why I think she is dead. She hasn't left the premises since the beach incident (suicide attempt was right after in same episode)...and when she was about ready to leave in car with her mom, it didn't happen because of the monsters scaring mom. A way to prevent Violet from leaving but still not an out and out admission that she can't leave.

If it is not what is going on, they want us to at least entertain the idea.

You are right about that. That is why I love these kinds of writers. They can have you guessing one thing and then surprise you with something else. I get more of a rush from the surprises when I am wrong than I do from guessing the right thing. It makes the entertainment a lot more enteraining when something isn't as predictable. That's what I liked about lost...always guessing wrong and being surprised at what was really going on. Love it. Wink

I just wish they'd bring the "scare factor" back!

Agreed. We need scare factor and less sex.

Yup, while the "couch scene" in the last episode got my attention, I felt it unnecessary, and I certainly didn't like seeing Ben's "thoughts" that never happened.
