The "lobster boy" hands are wrongly identified at the museum as a case of ectrodactyly. This is the correct term for the abnormality people call "lobster hand", in which the central finger is missing. The character of the show has another malformation: syndactyly, when one or more fingers are fused together. They probably used the syndactyl make-up due to the difficulty to represent real ectrodactyly.
In "Halloween (2)," Steph said that before he shot her, she had a brief conversation with Tate about whether she believed in God. No such conversation is heard here.
