The top 13 are out to sing Born This Way. James Durbin is out singing with Judas Priest. They're performing Living After Midnight. Ryan announces nothing gets past Randy Jackson, and we see a video that notes he always has the answers. It has him asking repeatedly what kind of show this is. It also mentions he can alway spot the frontrunner, and we hear him over and over saying the contestants are "in it to win it." Jacob Lusk sings I Smile with gospel star Kurt Franklin. Gladys Knight comes out and joins them. Casey Abrams takes the stage to sing Fat-Bottom Girls with Jack Black. The ladies from the top 13, minus Lauren, take the stage singing Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It). This moves into Irreplaceable. The medley moves into Get Me Bodied, moving into If I Were a Boy, then Deja Vu, and this is when Beyoncé appears singing Crazy in Love. It's time to salute Steven Tyler, as Ryan admits they thought he might be too hot to handle, and he was. It's his blooper reel with him swearing, smoking cigars, and flipping off the camera and flirting with the girls. Ryan jokes that we should see the stuff they couldn't broadcast. Haley Reinhart takes the stage with Tony Bennett. They're singing Steppin' Out With My Baby. It's time to roast Jennifer Lopez, as Ryan says they knew she'd be a hit with the audience, but they had no idea she'd be such a hit with the contestants. There's clips of some of the auditioners talking about having crushes on her. Lil Jon is fresh off his Celebrity Apprentice loss and is singing here tonight, along with TLC and the female finalists minus Haley and Lauren. Scotty McCreery sings Live Like You Were Dying with Tim McGraw. Jennifer's husband Marc Anthony takes the stage. Jennifer comes and joins him onstage. Casey and James get into a argument over whose elimination was more shocking. Casey figures he must really suck for America to eliminate him twice, "It's like you suck, oh you know what, we'll give you another chance, oh, you suck again." Stefano Langone gets in it with them and says he thinks James' elimination was the most surprising, and that surprises Casey. James thinks his elimination was the most shocking as well. Casey rebuts that magazines were saying he was going to win. James makes a crack about Casey dropping the $8000 microphone. He mentions he was a rocker and went out number four, just like Daughtry. Casey argues they want a jazz guy and calls him a crybaby. Pia Toscano enters their argument wearing a banner that says "Most Shocking" to steal it away from both of them. Casey and James perform with the top thirteen guys. Stefano starts them out singing Kiss, and it leads into She's a Lady. James picks up the mic for What's New Pussycat. Scotty sings Green Green Grass of Home, Jacob sings Delilah, and they all join in with that. Tom Jones joins singing It's Not Unusal. Scotty and Lauren sing When You Remember for one last Ford Music Video. Lady Gaga sings Edge of Glory. Lauren takes the stage alone singing Carrie Underwood's Before He Cheats. Beyoncé takes the stage again, this time singing her new single One Plus One. Bono and The Edge perform onstage as Spiderman from Broadway comes flying through the audience Steven Tyler is out to peform singing Dream On. It's time for the results Scotty and Lauren are at center stage, Edward Bottington with the results enters and hands it off to Ryan. The winner of American Idol 10 is Scotty. Scotty tells Ryan it's been a year since he and Lauren tried out, and they were together since day one. Never in his wildest dreams would he have imagined this, but he needs to thank the Lord for getting him there. He sings us out with his future hit, and heads down to hug his family. He runs down the line and hugs all the finalists, telling Lauren, "I love you, Baby." Scotty laughs at the end, thanking everyone and collapses on the ground in tears.
