  • sing your hearts out.

We find in this episode the good and the bad of the want to be american idols. Many show up for serious seats on the idol top candidates others show up for their 30 seconds of fame on national TV. It is always fun to watch the hopefuls look shocked that should never have even shown up get rejected. They look astounded. Why? They know they can't sing. It's fun to watch. To see who will go through and who will not. It is also great fun to watch the judges do their thing and let their frustrations show on national TV.moreless

  • If you have been on the fence with this series and are hoping things might get better... then you might want to give this season a try. I think it will be a big year for American Idol.moreless

This series has had it's ups and downs and I think, now that it has become part of American culture it has a greater obligation to maintain a higher level of entertainment.

This episode to me has given the show renewal and seems to be starting on the right foot. The thing that sets this season apart is that they are finding humor in the natural part of this process and not relying on Simon's comments to put the show together.

  • American Idol is great.

Idols has taken over the world, country's everywhere have started their own version.

But American Idol is by far the best.

I watched the season premier and I enjoyed it.

I saw some really good singers, especially the second twins.

Who where sweeping Paula of her feet.

There is just one thing, I just dont get why they would let Dave through.

Paula said it was for her own reasons.

What reason could she possibly have to let him go to the next round.

Also I love it how simon can be straight forward to people who cant sing. They need to know they cant and he brings the message although sometimes he over does it.

    Great episodemoreless
  • Another great year for American Idol. Can hardly wait to see the outcome. We've all been waiting to see the competition this year. i'm sure Paula, Simon, and Randy will pick the best candidates possible, they have so far, I'm sure this year will be no exemoreless

I haven\'t missed a season yet. This one will be no exeption. Each year just gets better. Can\'t wait to see who will win this year. I\'m sure the winner will be just as good if not better than the previous winners. Each winner so far has been awesome so far.
