  • What the hell happened???? And... did Bobby really know it was him?

    First Stevie doesn\'t get voted off (just the first round) and she acts like it\'s the worst news ever!!! Did you notice her face??? Well... she knew how bad she had been the night before, so probably she expected to get voted off. Becky gets the boot, and it isn\'t that surprising...
    Then, Bobby!!! Ok, did someone notice how he reacted when he was getting the news??? Yeah, everyone noticed the dialogue, but did everyone notice the body language?
    Ryan: Bobby
    Bobby: Yeah
    Ryan: It\'s you
    Bobby: I know (Pause, looks around, suddenly it strikes him) Oooohh!!

    What I think happened is this, when Ryan looked at him and said \"Bobby... it\'s you\" Bobby thought: \"I know that Bobby is me (I know I\'m Bobby)\" Thus the pause and the delayed reaction... Well, we all knew he was getting the boot from the start...

    But the real shoker here is Patrick... How in heavens name did this happen???? He did a great job!!! He is a good singer, and he is so cool!!! And he wasn\'t the worst by far. Bucky, he should have dotten the boot!!! Dave on his side is cute as can be, but his song was a disaster!!! So how come Patrick lost??? I\'m gonna miss him, he was my early favourite... I hope he doesn\'t give up and records an album anyway.

    I love American Idol but I hate the elimination episodes! Here's why...

    An hour is to much time to spend on these eliminations. We could do w/ a half hour elimination show. There is no need to drag it out. What I have found myself. Is taping the show and (while I watch Survivor) and then basically fastforwarding after they are eliminated. I don't care about them singing there song again. I'm ready to see who gets booted next. It's just too much talking and filler. It bogs the hour down. Do we really need to rehash everything from the past two nights? If you didn't see it the first time well you better starting watching all three nights. Instead of jumping in at the last minute.

    Let's just jump inot the episode and find out who receive the least amount of votes. Eliminate one and have them perform and then move to the next. Let's keep this show moving!moreless

  • Most of it was plain old exciting, but a sad ending gives the episode a .5 deduction.

    Stevie got deservingly cut, and obviously Bobby was voted off, I gave him a pity vote. I was a bit surprised when Becky O'Donahue got cut, because even though she wasn't very good, I thought that Brenna should've gotten cut, she was awful! I voted for five men, including Patrick Hall, who I truly thought was good. I can't believe he was voted off! Guess I should've voted twice. Let me tell you why I think he may have been voted off.
     Dave Radford had all the swing/big band people out there voting for him. Bucky had the southern rockers and possibly some rednecks (I personally thought Bucky sucked). Sway had all the Earth, Wind, and Fire fans, and those who love falsetto voting for him. Will had the teenage girls voting for him, and Brady Bunch fans. Chris had rock and roll lovers like myself voting for him. The other Kevin had cheek pinchers and old people at the retirement home voting for him. Gideon probably had the dancing 60s short song rock voting for him. He also probably had church choirs voting for him. Elliott had loyal Simon fans, who listen to his every word vote for him. Ace had the pop fans and the other half of teenage girls vote for him. Taylor had the Jay Leno fans and look-a-likes, and fans of whatever Taylor sang. Kevin Hall just didn't have that fanbase that anyone else had.moreless
