    "Great"
All in all, not a bad night.

Kelly Clarkson "Walk On By" It's about time she performed first. I thought this was really good. I didn't like every moment of that song, but it was one of her best performances.

R.J. Helton "Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do)" I thought it was GOOD. It didn't blow me away, but it wasn't as bad as other performances tonight. Anyway, I wasn't disapointed with him based on how he usually does. I'm actually surprised he actually made it this far considering that I think Christina and Ryan are better than him.

Tamyra Gray "A House Is Not A Home" WOW!!!!! I loved that. That was the best performance of the season. That was stupendous. I LOVED every moment of it. She WILL be safe.

Justin Guarini "The Look Of Love" Another just good performance. I think it was hard for him to follow Tamyra, but it didn't blow me away like her's. I thought it was kind of safe. I was rooting for him and hoping he would come back and be great again, but he hasn't. Only good.

Nikki McKibben "(There's) Always Something There To Remind Me" O.k. now. the end performance is supposed to be showstopping. We had Tamyra's "If I Were Your Woman", Christina's "Ain't No Mountain, and Kelly's "Stuff Like That There", three brilliant performances. Now, this made me sad. There was NOTHING good about it. It was AWFUL at best. She didn't even look like she was having fun. We also had Ryan's "You Really Got Me" and this performance joined that.

    Bottom 2: R.J. and Nikki

    • Simon (after Tamyra's performance): That performance was on a par with Whitney Houston, Celine Dion. Seriously. Honestly Tamyra, it was one of the best performances I've ever seen on TV. It was superb.
