I was really upset when the girl who had a nerve problem (with the face features) didn't make it. I thought she was so good and very pretty. I feel she deserved it better than the two other girls because she had such a wonderful voice. She was able to go high and had a strong, clear tone to it also. Don't get me wrong I thought the other two girls were good to just not as good with the voice as she was.

Well, at least 7 contestants made the top 24 list.

BTW, I'm so glad that Katie Stevens made it. But still, I kind of miss Angela Martin after two years of her ordeal.

yeah well the fan has been hit.. they revealed the top 23 but didn't have 1 person in it.. Chris Golightly. He is ineligible to continue in the competition. AMERICAN IDOL contestant Tim Urban has replaced Golightly as part of the Top 24.
A source close the show tells Us that Golightly had a prior recording contract, which he "did not disclose" despite being given multiple opportunities to do so.
This is not about whether or not the contract in question was either active or inactive or valid," the source continues. "It's crucial you tell the truth in the audition process... That is why he's being disqualified.

While it is too early for me to pick who the strongest contestants are, I will say that Crystal Bowersox has potential.

Oh yeah.. I like Crystal.. She's a buckeye.. I like Didi Benami, Lilly Scott, Andrew Garcia, Lee Dewyze, Casey James, Aaron Kelly(but he needs to remember his words), Michael Lynche & Jermaine Sellers



Those are the ones that I can remember starring.. & potential great.. esp Andrew when he did the acoustic version of Straight Up..

You guys gotta pick for the pool, you only have until next Tuesday to sign or else the pool is off!

I have a feeling that someone may replace Michael Lynche too.

once again the whole thing with big mike was a RUMOR. it is not true. why would they make a big deal over a contestant that ends up being replaced?

ooh did i miss something with big mike.. is it because of his new baby?? the only thing that i heard was about Chris Golightly being under a recording contract and that they said that he didn't relay that information on his paperwork
