American Idol

Well four more come and go tonight. Nothing very special also. Kellie Pickler of season 5 stopped by and sang tonight too. She came and before she sung talked with Ryan who asked her about sushi and so on. She acted her dumb or less intelligent self just like last season. I was trying to think what the contestants were thinking about when she sang. It would have been weird because wondering what was going to happen to them , Kellie saying dumb things, and a guest singer wasting time for them to know whether they were staying or going. I was still upset who is going home. Once gai Sanjaya got by and didn't deserve it and he event admitted it. In the rounds up to the op 12 left I usually vote for song choice and then how well they sung that. And I only liked a couple of performers. Alaina Alexander's song choice was an okay one and Leslie Hunt was a little bit worse but she sung it pretty good so people like Sabrina Sloan and Antonell Barba I thought were a little bit worse if I rember right. Other than that it was just like the others.

America shouldn't be allowed to vote for the singers on this show. Granted I agree with one of their choices: ALAINA

BUT LESLIE????? SHE WAS AWESOME!!! I loved how she poked fun at America for not liking jazz with her final performance. I really hoped she would go far. She was my FAVORITE for the girls...



I didn't watch the guys perform. I saw their recap last night. and i just thought that as long as the guy who sang "Geek in the Pink" didn't leave i would be okay.



but AJ... or whatever.. who sang Feelin Good (the same song as Leslie) was really good... and shouldnt have left... What is America's problem...

America was right on with the women, and I believe that next week it will be Antonella and someone else for the women to leave. Kellie Pickler looked like she was 50 and she stood there in front of the mic like a bump on a log. Just boring! And with the men... Is America racist against Mexicans? AJ and Nick leaving? Why? Nick was bad but Brandon and Sanjaya should've left! AJ is a good singer! Not my favorite, but I would think that he would've recieved more votes! And of course last week, Rudy was wrongfully eliminated over boring Sanjaya. There always seems to be a contestant each season that I hate, and this time it's Sanjaya.

Okay, America, I can understand you sending home Alaina and Leslie, but why Nick and A.J.? There were WAY more deserving male contestants to get the proverbial boot from "American Idol." Sanjaya. Hello? The man is much too young and even HE was shocked that he was not sent packing last night. Sundance. Hello? He is painful to watch. Even Phil could have gone home and I wouldn't have lost any sleep.



Maybe it's time for me to actually start voting as this is becoming ridiculous. On a side note, what the heck happened to Kellie Pickler? She looked like she was 50-years-old and a Dollie Parton impersonator.

Once again, as many others have said, the wrong people went home again. American Idol has become a joke as of late and I'm very seriously considering not watching any longer. What is wrong with America? Dumb, deaf, and blind for sure. Nick Pedro lives in my home town. He's a nice guy and in my opinion, a good singer - not great, but not bad. He's an old soul with a smoky voice that is soothing to hear. Perhaps Nick was not destined to win but he certainly did not deserve to go home this early. Shame!

I am so shocked and sad and everything else that was bad about tonights eliminations. Well, let me start off with the first person who left which was Nick Pedro. I am shocked, sad and i couldn't believe it at all! Yeah he sang low, but he had a great voice, and shouldn't have left this early. Next is Allaine, which was the only one i knew was going. I'm not shocked, but feel bad for her. And A.J, how the heck did he go and Sanjaya stayed, tell me that? A.J was by 100,000 miles better then Sanjaya and half the guys Tuesday night. And Leslie, who was such a kind hearted person and a great singer, and just because she was a little bit different then the rest of the girls, she's the one that gets eliminated, although i am happy Antonella had stayed. So i really did not get what happened tonight, either the 2. whatever million votes that Ryan Seacrest said were in really didn't go to Nick, A.J or Leslie, or its all a fix!

Ok, 1 out of 4 of my prediction is right. Alaina was booted out. But to eliminate AJ and Nick over Sanjaya?? Something is very very wrong here. I thought Nick's performance was quite good (granted I didn't think he would be in the top 12 anyway). And poor AJ. He performed his heart out that night and he showed us a lot of personality. Sanjaya must have very rich friends and relatives voting to keep him in.



Antonella is safe again???? Come on! She was clearly the weakest last night! I thought Leslie was also pretty good. (I love her husky voice). I suppose it doesn't matter how bad you sound, as long as you look hot. Seriously, if this is the voting trend, then there won't be much to look forward to this Season. I swear if any of my favourites are eliminated next week (over Sanjaya and Antonella), that will be the end of American Idol for me this season.

Big surprise keeping Sanjaya, even to him. What a standout weak performance he gave! But consider how long Sucky Bucky lasted--a man who has no voice. The people have spoken.



Surprised A.J. was booted already after giving such a memorable performance on his first time out.



Antonella does have a good voice and is getting a bad rap from all the publicity. How many naked photos are there out there???? To improve her performance she should dole out a few more high notes early in the song and throughout it to make it more interesting. There's a big sisterhood block that's wiping everyone out, so she better do something quick to be able to stand up to them.

This was by far the biggest shocker this season. Despite strong performances from AJ Tabaldo and Nick Pedro, the two men went home. I honestly believed that Antonella Barba would go home because of her lack of vocal talents. Instead, Leslie Hunt is the one to go home. It goes to show that when pictures of oneself is on the 'Net, one could screech like nails on a chalkboard and still surpass Aretha Franklin-like vocals.



What is the lesson from last night's results? VOTE!!! Everybody has to vote for their favorites, the best singers, the best artists, whatever. The eliminations show and prove that no one is EVER safe. PLEASE VOTE!!!

First out tonight was Nick Pedro. Nick didn't deserve to go home. Sanjaya and Brandon deserved to go home over him. Especially Sanjaya... what's up with that? Anyway, he was one of my favorites... although I would never in a million years though he could win... he deserved to be in the top 12...



Alaina Alexander came next... very immotional good bye. I got a little teary eye honesty. Anyway... she did great, but she deserved to go home.



A.J. Tabaldo went home, quite a shocker here... what is up with America? Can't you see Sanjaya is begging for you to end his agony. People around the world are laughing at his voice. He can't sing! Simon, please get him off that stage.



Last is Leslie Hunt, also a sad ending... especially since they showed the video before she got to perform. Antonella should have gone insted of her.



Kellie Pickler was on the show, hilarious as usual... not a fan of her singing though. Sundance was crying when everyone left. Now I know how emotional he is. That goes for Jordin aswell, but everyone was just crying when Alaina left weren't they?



America, get your ears cleaned, you seriously don't know what talent is.

I am totally appalled. May I ask who is voting for sanjaya? Is it sanjayas race that is keeping him there. Who on earth could be voting for him. Are there a bunch of people who have figured out how to continue texting his number in voting for him. Do some of you not realize you are not voting to out someone but to keep them. It is a disgrace. Does no one want to tell him he is a scary version of Michael Jackson. I can not believe someone with so little talent remains why those with some talent have left. It is a total joke and the american public looks foolish. Also, please get out Antonella. Does no one but me remember the sweet southern girl with talent from hollywood week who asked her to help her and snotty antonella wouldn't. She has zero talent also and thinks she is hot stuff. Please get her off. That means don't vote for her. Vote for the people who can actually sing.
