  • Dready finally goes home. Thank you America for not letting that monstrosity continue.

I was thinking Bob Marley! HA! Bob Marley got you kicked off Idol and oh by the way the lyrics are "In the jingle jangle morning I'll come followin' you." So anyways we finally have a competition and my prediction for the final two is looking to be coming true (Archuletta vs. Cook). It was released this weekend that David Archuletta's father has been banned from rehearsal's of American Idol because he was changing song lyrics on what I would imagine be already well-known songs. Whatever the case may be, I am just so happy that Jason Castro is gone. Now he can go and smoke as much pot as he wants to and be remembered for being a big screw up on American Idol.moreless
  • finally! Jason is gone!

I was so happy when they said Jason was voted off because he was so annoying. I may have stopped watching if he made it just because it shows that American Idol is a populatity contest, not a talent contest. Anyways, Maroon 5 sang and I hated it. The guy sounded like a dying cat or something; no wonder I don't listen to them. As for Bo Bice...I was a huge fan back when, but he did bad. I hated the song...that's pretty dissapointing. I loved the question this week to David about whether he would go a on a date with that girl...he was all was funny. Anyways, if the musical performances were better than the episode would have been better...moreless
  • Say goodbye to jason Castro

Well finally only 3 ppl left me and my buddies knew that it was the time for kjason to leave. He worked hard throughout the whole season and he just had to sing horribly on tuesday. But still he got really far but he didnt deserve to get this far. I want David Archuleta to win so badly and i bet he wil. Any way its sad to say (not) but good by Castro. You suck! Boo! ur the worst out there! Im just joking he isnt bad but he isnt excellent either.

David (the crusher) Archuleta is gonna dominate the competition next week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!moreless
  • Jason packs up his dreadlocks and goes home.

It's been a long time coming. Boo hoo hoo, what a waste of a great talent---nooooooot. Guess we're lucky he could remember the words to the Ford commercial and the opening number. Wonder how many takes they had to do to get through that. Perhaps there were cue cards for Jason's benefit.

I only sat through a half hour of AI because a South Park episode came on I hadn't seen before and good tv trumps filler any day. They used to make the results episode a half hour long. Then they got greedy and lengthened it to an hour. Then they got greedier and started America Gives Back, an even bigger and longer bore. Well, there's only so much filler a person can stand.moreless
  • Tonight, we say goodbye to Jason Castro.

Overall, the show tonight wasn't very surprising. had Jason Castro predicted (in the Red) as being voted off the show and Jason even admitted to his own inexperience in the music business. I think he's a terrific singer. Jason is very laid back and should continue to sing. Onto the rest of the show: Bo Bice and Maroon 5 returned to the Idol stage tonight with their new tracks. I thought the artists did pretty well. I was a fan of Bo Bice when he sang in season 4 (although I was happy to see Carrie Underwood win) and I was happy to see him sing again. Keep on truckin' everyone!!!moreless
