  • Nothing Interesting

    "Good"
Nothing really interesting about this episode. I did not find most of the people funny aswell and there was also no one that stood out. Quite boring actually I wish I had just missed this episode and had watched something else insted. San Antonio did get like 22 people I think. That is a good number, but again, no one stood out, so I don't expect the next American Idol to come from San Antonio, Texas. Simon was quite rude as usual, but I loved it. Paula was being Paula and Randy was just laughing like an idiot so there you go.moreless
  • Overall,I think it was a good show .It did what it was suppose to do and intertain us, besides the fact that someone I knew was on the show and made it to hollywood.moreless

I'am pretty sure most of the people that came on the show that couldn't sing knew they couldn't. It was to be their moment in the spotlight. It seemed like they wanted to get that hug or the time to talk on televison. I can't see how they thought they could possibly pass the audition. I can't sing or dance and I know it. I hope the girls on the roller skates don't break up their friendship because of two in and one out. The show did what it was suppose to do, weed out the bad and keep the cream of the crop, until you get the one rose among the thorns. It is a reality show.moreless
  • The auditions are soo funny. I love them!

    "Great"
It is the last day of auditions for all American Idol hopefuls. And as usual there are some wonderful singers, and some that sing... well lets just say most people want to start crying at hearing their terrible voices. As usual Paula was a bit more leniant when judging contestants and Simon was as pushy and impatient. Except with one girl. For the first time in Idol history a girl was called back into the audition room and was givin a second chance. There were also some people that really didn't deserve a first chance. As usual this session of auditions was really good and really funny.moreless
  • Ummm ok

    "Good"
Idol has really gotten out of control. people really think that they are good enough to go on that show? some of this people were just nuts. one good thing about this episode is that two of the hotter girls were here so that gave some people some eye candy. was it crazy that the guys cousin could sing like that. i was surprised. and the last guy was amazing...too bad he'll be some kind of R & B singer if he makes it and i won't here from him ever again...kinda like other idols which i have never heard one song from. anyways it was an ok episode that wasn't anything special.moreless
  • Overall, San Antonio was probably the most boring of the cities. No real talent here, and really no real train wrecks.

    7.0
    "Good"
The best part of the San Antonio auditions was the montage of people running into the locked door. Like Paula said, it's the theme of the season. One has to wonder if they locked the door purposefully for the viewers entertainment. Just another slap in the face of the bad performers.

The contestants in San Antonio numbered 11,000. But they were the most boring 11,000 entrants of the season. Even the "good" singers were that exciting. Simon made that comment to several of the singers. Balie Brown seemed to be the front runner of the night. You'll remember her as the blonde self-described "city" girl from the ranch in small town Krum, TX. But as soon as she came on the TV screen, you knew she would make it through just because of her looks. Simon said she was Commercial with a capital C. But what of her singing?

It was not a memorable episode. The auditions ended not with a bang, but with a whimper.moreless
