(Judges' comments to Khaleef Chiles) Randy: You were nervous up there, you looked petrified dude. I thought it was just okay. Paula: I disagree. I think you did a real good job up there... Simon: It wasn't your best performance... and when I hear all this rubbish- oh, this is my new family. Give me a break! What I like about you is you are someone who cares about you... good luck. I hope you win the competition.

(Judges' comments to Tanesha Ross) Randy: To me, you just never found the note... today was not good. Paula: Your voice was very pure and beautiful. I thought you put a little too much in there... Simon: You didn't shine like a star and I say, so what. There are just better people.

(Judges' comments to Ejay Day) Randy: I didn't even know you had that kind of vocal range... you blew us all away... you were incredible! Paula: You've blown everyone away. Way to go! Simon: No one has sung better than that today-no one... Brilliant!

(Judges' comments to Melanie Sanders) Randy: You were really good tonight. That's a tough song to sing... Paula: You did yourself and everyone else up here proud... Simon: You're a beautiful looking girl and sung it well. I can't help but think cabaret when you perform.

(Judges' comments to Chris Badono) Randy: Chris, Chris, man... I didn't like it man... I thought it was really bad. Paula: Tough round today... I thought your singing voice was average... Simon: What I liked about you was your energy and you sort of sold out there.

(Judges' comments to Nikki McKibbin) Randy: You did your thing man. I was actually really impressed... Paula: I love your voice, however, I felt during the song you were screaming a little bit. Simon: ...I think you did shout the song a bit but you are one of the strongest contestants in this competition...I hope you do really well... because you deserve to...

(Judges' comments to Mark Scott) Randy: Wasn't good enough tonight dude... Paula: ...I love your voice. I'm a big fan of yours but I didn't care for the song choice and performance. Simon: ...I didn't think it was good enough and a little message to the two hosts, Brian and Ryan, who think everyone is great- what do you know about judging a talent competition? Nothing.

(Judges' comments to Kristin Holt) Randy: ...we are trying to find the best in America and I didn't think you were anywhere close to that tonight. Paula: ...you were a little disengaged. You still did a nice job; it just wasn't as well as I was hoping it would be. Simon: If I were judging a beauty competition- you'd win. But we're judging a singing competition and it wasn't good enough.

(Judges' comments to R.J. Helton) Randy: ...You did very well man. I've always loved the sound and tone of your voice. Paula: You gave a solid performance... good job. Simon: I cannot disagree with you more Paula... I thought it was average...

Simon: Nice blouse. See through is very you. Does it come with matching panties? Ryan: Simon, if you stop checking me out, we could move on with the show.
