  • GREAT performances.

    9.5
    "Superb"
Taylor Hicks - I LOVE watching him perform. He has the funniest moves and expressions. Very nice and pleasant song choice.

Elliott Yamin - Song was okay, but his voice is soo amazing.

Ace Young - He's just so dang cute, lol. I loved the song he chose. As Randy said before, he is a star. I was about to faint when he hit that falsetto note!!!!!!

Gedeon McKinney - He did really well, I got to give that to him.

Kevin Covais - Aww, I loved this performance!!! Of course, it wasn't the best vocals, but he got the audience going and the viewers at home smiling. But unfortunately, I think he only has one or two more rounds to go, and then it's goodbye. I will def shed a tear when he goes.

Jose "Sway" Penala - I was actually disappointed at how bad of a review he got from each judge. I thought he was pretty good! His only fault was how he handled the judges comments by saying he may have chosen the wrong song.

Will Makar - I like him, but I don't think he's the best singer. Like Kevin, one or two more rounds to go, then he's gettin the boot! :(

Bucky Covington - WOW! I was blown away. Great, great song. He sounded better than Garth!!! He's so likeable, too.

David Radford - He has an interesting voice, and I like him. He brought diversity to the show. But no, not good enough, lol.

Chris Daughtry - Hands down, the best performance and voice of the night. Chris did his thing, baby!!! He put the biggest smile on my face, and I couldn't wait to dial that number to vote for him. Rock on.

I definitely believe it is a guys year to win!!!!!!!!!!!!!moreless
  • Wow who is gonna take center stage?

    10
    "Perfect"
With the exception of a few the boys showed how it was supposed to be done. The stellar performance by Chris was the highlight of the night. Bucky seemed to come out of his shell a little bit more and I think if he survives these cuts we are gonna see him progress nicely as he gains some more confidence. Though the boys still seem to be struggling to find their nitch in song choices I thought they picked better songs for themselves then the girls did. Is this going to end up as a boys compitition or will they stumble. We will have to wait and see.moreless
  • Chris captured my attention, really for the first time.

    8.7
    "Great"
Everyone did okay. A few did very well. Chris was completely hot, and I\'d buy the CD today if I could. Love the song, love his delivery. I think the boys better step up to the plate ready to rip one out of the park, next week. The girls, too.

This week\'s perfermorances were lackluster overall, compared to last week. I still see a ton of talent, there. Think a lot of people must have been feeling nerves. When you\'ve got people this good against you, you really have to give it your all. I think Chris did that this week, more than anyone.

I\'m exciting about tonight\'s results, because we\'ll get to hear Carrie Underwood sing her \"Jesus, Take the Wheel\". LOVE that song, and her!moreless
  • I really liked this episode!

    9.7
    "Superb"
This episode was better than I expected. But I think the girls, especialy Paris, Lisa and Mandisa, were better than the boys. I liked how Chris and Gedeon preformed the best. I was really surprised when I saw Bo Bice there too!! I really hope that Chris Daughtry and Gedeon McKinney don't get voted off tomarrow.
  • wow

    • Simon (to Chris): This was the only performance that stands up in the real world. ... Tonight, you are the standard every one of these guys should be looking toward, because it was in a different class.

    • Simon (To Kevin): I think you're likable, but the reality is, if I heard that on the radio I'd turn it off.

    • Simon (to Will): It was like an audition for 'Cats'. You have a target audience, which are 11-year-old girls, and they will love that.
