The clip of Anoop's performance was not the same as the actual performance. In the clip he is hunched over for the last note, but in the actual performance, he was standing up straight.

Randy critiqued first after every performance except Kris', when Kara started. All the judges critiqued all performances this week.

Jennifer Hudson performed "If This Isn't Love" and Miley Cyrus performed "The Climb" from the Hannah Montana movie.

The Group Number was"Maniac" byMichael Sembellofrom the movieFlashdance.

The Ford Music video was "Freeze Frame" by J. Geils Band. Matt goes to a magazine stand and the magazines have pictures of the other Idols. They come to life and start singing. Matt buys a bunch.

After Miley's performance when Ryan said that they would be right back the camera just stayed there, he repeated it and said "that's your cue" and then it went to commercial.

There were 36 million votes.

Eliminated Tonight: No one due to the judge's save. This is the third time that no one was eliminated in a week. The first was Season 2, after Cory Clarke was disqualified, they chose not to eliminate anyone, and the second was Season 6 on Idol Gives Back week. However, it is the first time ever that someone was Saved by the judges after being told they had the lowest amount of votes.

The band was on the stage this week, as suppose to up in the rafters.

Flo Rida, withWynter Gordon performed "Right Round" and Kellie Pickler performed"Best Days of Your Life".

There were 34 million votes. Ryan mentioned that there were only 30, 000 between Anoop and Scott.

They muted the sound when Flo Rida was advertising his site.

Before the Ford Music Video was shown, there was a behind the scenes/making of. The video itself was then shown. The song used was "Circus" by Britney Spears. The contestants were all part of an old vaudville magic show.

It took a really long time for the judges to decide whether to save Scott or not, having about 1-2 minutes after the song to discuss, and they still couldn't agree. Finally, Simon just said no.

Continuing with the theme of songs from the year contestants were born, the Group Number was"Can't Get You out of My Head" byKylie Minogue, which came out in Idol's birth year, 2002.

Like with this theme last year one song sung originally came out before the year the contestant was born, but a cover of the song came out in that year. Danny's song was originally released in 1961, by Ben E. King, but Mickey Gilley covered it in 1980. Allison sang a song that came out the year before (with no explaination as to why she was able to), however a similar thing happened last season.

Due to it being a week where the theme is songs from the year contestants are born, Ryan showed pictures of all four judges as kids, and then one of him was shown.
