There were A LOT of surprises that night.
Tamyra Gray "New Attitude"- Umm... wow. I didn't like it at all. Honestly, it was an awful performance and she better have a showstopping one next or else she will get the boot.
Nikki McKibben "Mary Jane"- That was possibly her best performance to date. I liked that. She sang it well and did a great job. I lo- I lo- I loved it.
Kelly Clarkson "It's Raining Men" No surprise. Perfection. Nothing more, nothing less. Now after Tamyra's awful performance, she is the best one in this competition.
Justin Guarini "Get Here" I'm speechless. Perfection. Just, wow. This is going to be my shortest review for a single contestant cause, wow.
After first half,
Bottom 2: Tamyra and Nikki
Eliminated Ta- Ta- Tamyra (that was hard)
Tamyra Gray "Feel The Fire" She's back! Another great performance by her. I think that performance saved her from elimination. Now let's see how Nikki does.
Nikki McKibben "I'm The Only One" Her best night by a million miles. I think she sang it well, great song choice, and who knows, she might beat Tamyra to the final three.
Kelly Clarkson "I Surrender" Guarenteed in final three and finale. Another perfect performance. Singing wise, she has never failed me. I love her. She is great. What more do you want me to say?
Justin Guarini "P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing)" From perfection to awful. That performance was a train wreck, worse than Tamyra's first performance. That was a mess and I hope he knows that.
