The results were revealed in the opposite way of the Top 10. Ryan recapped the judges' thoughts on the performances of each and then announced the Top Three (instead of Bottom Three) and then announced who moved on. The two advancing on are Charles Grigsby and Julia DeMato. Kimberly Caldwell was also in the Top Three but did not advance. Each contestant performed their song again after advancing, and then Ryan allowed Kimberley to close the show with singing again.
