Mel Brooks: Make a Noise

Mel has won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony award. Born Melvin Kaminsky in Brooklyn, Brooks was a writer on the legendary "Your Show of Shows". He was also a co-creator of the TV show "Get Smart." His film "The Producers" won the 1968 Oscar for best screenplay and cs such as "Blazing Saddles," "Young Frankenstein," "Spaceballs," and "Robin Hood: Men in Tights" followed. Recently musical adaptations of The Producers and Young Frankenstein have been hits on Broadway. Brooks jokingly answers questions about his life and career in this biography. And many of his friends and collaborators share anecdotes about this intellectual funny man.
