5/21/10The grand finalé of American Misfits season three, the Quest for Gnar. Ted and Laban have a quick visit with Rodney Smith of Shut Skates then head for the Brooklyn Banks. John "The Man" Reeves, Justin Strubing and Jon Newport throw down sick tricks and Reeves even sings opera! Laban goes under the blade and it's off to Open Road skatepark with Billy Rohan, Notorious Nate and Kenny Hughes. Next Vinny Ponte uses a bungee to shoot Slam through the streets of NYC. Next on the map it's Boston and Orchard skate shop's private warehouse. Then Dougie Death and Fritz Mead show the American Misfits crew a thing or two at Hellgate. Then it's on to Providence, Rhode Island to meet up with Donny Barley and his Fountain Of Youth crew. The punk rock band Nothing But Enemies plays at The Sweat Shop and the casket gets some transitional love. Then it's off to Portland, Maine to rescue some lucky lobsters and rage in the streets with the Ride 207 crew. The Boss suddenly beams Ted and Laban back to sunny California for one final casket session with the amazingly-talented Daewon Song.moreless

5/14/10Ted and Laban arrive in Baltimore, MD and shred a little mini at Vu skate shop. Then despite the boss's direct orders, they have a super soaked sesh at an abandoned lumberyard. Then it's time to dry off with a casket sesh at an old tapioca factory. Goodbye Maryland and hello Philly. Mike Maldonado, Kerry Getz and the rest of the Nocturnal skate crew shred the casket on solid ground, then take it to the next level at the Philly three-block. Pressure flip master Nate Sherwood aka Notorious Nate joins the American Misfits tour. After a rad session at FDR skatepark it's straight to Jersey to meet up with Chris Nieratko of NJ Skate Shop. After a quick Sayreville skatepark warm up Ron Deily and friends attack a giant underpass bank. Finally it's off to the big apple for a super sick mini ramp session at KCDC. Skateboard legends Jahmal Williams, Rodney Torres and Danny Falla tear it up while metal band Natur tears it down.moreless

5/8/10Fuel TV's favorite American Misfits (photographer, graphic designer, filmmaker, over-all creative man and experienced skateboarder Ted Newsome and professional boarder Laban Pheidia) continue their quest for gnar by skating a dirty ditch in Columbia, South Carolina, with a few new friends. The comedic duo meet up with local ripper (and Jackass Producer) Trip Taylor to spin their wheels and grind some curbs. After a brief stop at a shallow lake to jump from an epic rope swing, they visit Continuum Skateshop and test out some boards with a talented skate crew. Ted and Laban also manage a run-in with a toxic goat man. Tune in to catch the gnar.moreless

4/24/10Ted and Laban fuel up the bio-diesel hearse and head to Houston's A-Front skate team. Anthony Correa, Trace Saylor, Richie Bowes, Ivan Levigne and others dodge rain and hit Houston's hot spots.

4/17/10Ted and Laban travel to Texas to visit Jon Comer, Al Coker's Guapo Skill Center, and the No-Comply Skate Shop Team. Oh, and there's some molecular teleportation too...

4/10/10Laban and Ted continue their quest for gnar arriving in Tucson, AZ where they hook-up with Rudy Carrera and the Starr skates crew. Slam finds a ditch with a gnarly rail to jump off and proceeds to happily break his knee.

4/2/10The new boss decides to send Ted and Laban on a Quest for Gnar. Dan Roberts and Norman Woods do ten tricks back to back with no bailing. Hardcore Sitter Aaron Fotheringham takes his wheelchair into the streets and skateparks of Los Angeles. Slam is back with a crazy idea inspired by medieval jousting. Music man Devendra Banhart quickly learns how to skate with the help of his friend Huggy. Professor Schmitt customizes the veggie-oil-fueled solar-powered hearse and Ted and Laban hit the road. John Rob Moore, Jesse Hotchkiss, Ryan Reyes, and Jeff Stevens put the skatable casket to the test. The show closes in Phoenix, AZ with a poolside thrash party featuring local bands Dephinger and Vacation to Kill the Nation.moreless
