Has NBC put America's Got Talent on hiatus?

    I heard a story from Mom that NBC is not gonna have a new season of America's Got Talent this summer and I would like to know if it's true? According to what Mom told me NBC is not cancelling America's Got Talent but rather putting it on hiatus and focusing on other reality shows for the summer? Is there no America's Got Talent this year?,

    The new season started May 31 with a two hours show. After, at least to me, the disaster of last year season this one started quite good. It was funny and some very interesting acts were presented.
