The photo where the model can't see her cuecards actually happened to Tyra: she was presenting at VH1's Fashion Awards and couldn't read the cuecards because they were too far away. Eventually, Lawrence Fishburne jumped onstage and read them for her.

This is the first cycle since cycle 5 that the runner-up is not first in the opening, as Lauren Brie, who was first, was sent home. Joanie, Melrose, Natasha, Chantal and Anya were all runner-up in their cycles and all were first in the opening.
